One week after my first Clear+Brilliant treatment and I totally see noticeably tighter pores and brighter/glowier complexion. I love the zero downtime and did the first treatment during holiday shut down at work because I'm such a skeptic due to my typically dry winter skin. Not only was it perfectly fine to wear makeup 24hrs after, but I didn't even need to put makeup on my face because only after 1 treatment, my face was so much more even on complexion and texture that I just wore a simple blush and eyeshadow. My coworkers and friends complimented how radiant I looked. Aftercare is simple. Sunblock as always, which Roya graciously handed me a goodie bag of broad spectrum sunblock after treatment. Hydrate with a rich face cream and drink plenty of water. No scrubs, foaming cleansers, or retinols for 5 days after treatment. Skin gets very slightly itchy when flaking, but both the itchiness and flaking were barely noticeable. On Day 7, I just gently rubbed off the dry skin with a washcloth while showering and I was all glowy after. Only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! So glad I got the 12 treatment package because it ends up significantly discounted. Don't wanna pay it all at once? They have payment plans, too! read more

if I could give this location zero stars I would. two weeks ago I got Botox in my forehead and a little around my eyes. I realized today that my eyelid is drooping and is messed up! when I called them I was asked to take photos and text them. it wasn't until 2 hours later I was contacted by a girl who had literally no information about my case at all. She didn't explain what caused it, didn't know how long it will last, didn't even advise me to come in to look at it!! She then proceeded to tell me they were going to prescribe me meds and where's the best pharmacy....without even telling me anything about what medication, the effects, the longevity. The staff is completely incompetent. if you don't want to look like a Picasso painting after getting Botox, I suggest you go to a reputable plastic surgeon who knows what their doing and can actually correct their mistakes. read more

Two years ago I treated myself with a LaserAway hair removal package and it was the best decision I ever made. I was one of those women who constantly had to shave or wax and I cannot stress enough how nice it is to be free of that!!! Christy is absolutely incredible. When I had my consultation with her for lip fillers, she was not only informative, but also reassuring. As my first cosmetic enhancement, I was nervous and unsure of whether or not I was ready to go through with it. But, during the consultation Christy explained the process, expected results, and price. She made me feel much more comfortable at LaserAway, and confident in my decision to get Juvederm lip fillers. Trixia was my nurse and I'm so glad that Christy booked me with her. Trixia gave me incredible NATURAL looking results, but also made sure that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I don't have a very high pain tolerance, but Trixia was very understanding and made the process a breeze. But I seriously cannot emphasize how much I love my results. We did 0.7ml about one month ago, and then the remaining 0.3ml 2 weeks later once my swelling went down. The swelling only lasted about 3 or 4 days for me, but I didn't mind the swelling one bit. The bruising lasted a little over a week but Arnica gel made the bruises fade easily. When I went back for the remaining 0.3ml, I didn't bruise or swell at all. Now that all discoloration and swelling is gone, I can confidently tell that I LOVE my results. Thank you, Trixia!! There were a few other ladies at this location that were working during my 3 appointments and every single one of them were kind and welcoming. Val was there for all 3 appointments and checked in with me on how I was feeling towards my new lip fillers and made it such a seamless experience where the whole team was caring. I have been visiting the Mountain View location for roughly a year and a half for tattoo removal services. I am always greeted by a friendly smile, clean office, coffee/water, etc. the service itself is super efficient. I'm in and out in roughly 15 minutes or less. Always treated respectfully and professionally by the medical staff. Will also mention that about 6 treatments in, I had concerns/frustrations about how fast my tattoo was fading, asked them about the laser settings, etc. they ended up very patiently explaining the process and typical treatment time. After some research I also learned that a lot of places promise quicker or less treatments but have a higher risk of leaving patients with burns or irreversible scarring. If anyone out there is embarking on tattoo removal...it takes a long time but don't be discouraged. Wait 12 weeks between sessions. Know that it's a marathon and do not do anything that would jeopardize your skin. All that said, I'm about 80% done and 3 more sessions out from being done. I wouldn't hesitate to explore other services at this location. read more

I came here for a tattoo removal consultation after my friend's recommendation. The front desk associate who consulted me was apparently visiting from another branch and was actually pleasant to talk to! The front desk and waiting areas were very clean, and cutely decorated--very girly and attractive. She measured my tattoo to get a sense of how many sessions it would take to remove the unwanted ink. She said they sell in packages of 10 and quoted me a high price..with no guarantee that it would be enough to completely eliminate the ink, meaning I most likely would have to buy more sessions. The quote she gave me was a promotion that they had going on which would equate to about $150 each session, every 8 weeks. She said regular retail per session would be $300. She even wrote my quote on a post-in note, which seemed odd and sort of unprofessional. I guess I was a little irked as to why I have to buy packages when tattoo removal seems like such a per basis procedure and everyone's needs are different. I'd feel more comfortable paying on a per session basis instead of committing to a package. I also inquired about the numbing cream and if it would be included and she said yes. My friend uses their tattoo removal services and said that they wanted to charge her extra for the numbing cream. My friend had also been quoted $500 for 6 sessions. I'm not sure what they base their pricing on? And why was there a discrepancy in numbing cream inclusion? I'm a little perplexed because I felt like they weren't very consistent in their prices. And weirded out the quotes were written on unofficial post-in notes. Also, when I had inquired about the type of laser machine they used, she didn't seem too knowledgeable about the make or model or type of wavelengths. I had visited other professionals before, who had quoted me at a much steeper price, but sounded very passionate about their craft and knew about the latest lasers and the most effective ones at tattoo removal. I think I'd willingly pay extra knowing that I was in the hands of a professional and not nurse practitioners or assistants. Overall, the consultation and conversation was pleasant, but I'm not sure I would come here for tattoo removal services unless I saw concrete evidence of the success rates here. They also charge $25 for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment which to me is annoying because we all have busy schedules in the Bay Area and sometimes just can't accommodate timing to be in our favor for some laser treatments, not that it would be the most pleasant experience anyways! read more

I have been a customer at this location for over 2 years and had several treatments done (clear and brilliant facial, bikini and underarm hair removal treatments). I can honestly say that the nurses are amazing and thoroughly explains what to expect during and after. They prioritize your safety and comfort level. More importantly, I've had great results from the hair removal treatments. As far as the front desk/customer service, I am most impressed by Valerie. I approached her with an unresolved problem (from previous contacts with other customer service reps) and she immediately presented me a resolution, and it was all done with a friendly smile. If you are considering Coolsculpting, please don't go here. The staff here consists of nurses and sales people. I was sold Coolsculpting and was told I was a candidate for the procedure. On my third session, the nurse informed me that I should have never been sold this service and I should not have been treated on. I ended up developing Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia, a permanent overgrowth of fat tissue. LaserAway refused to see me post treatment and in fact closed my account entirely, even though I had prepaid services of laser hair removal and Botox still in my bank. I had to contact Allergan directly. I spent over 40k dollars on corrective surgeries to fix the damage that was done to my body by their staff and under qualified nurses. They are greedy, all the care about is making a buck, don't fall for their,"HI GORGEOUS" MO. read more

I've wanted laser hair removal for years, but continued to scare myself off of it due to the price and my low pain threshold. When I finally took the plunge, Caroline helped me every step of the way! She answered all of my questions with transparency and respect, and never once made me feel embarrassed or feel as though my questions were silly. Laseraway has great deals (and payment plans), and Caroline made sure that I was getting the best deal for what I wanted. Any time I had questions or concerns before my appointment, Caroline was always there to answer and talk to me. I couldn't speak high enough about what great customer service this location has. When I got to my first appointment I was a bundle of nerves, but Caroline kept me company and made me feel so comfortable. My laser technician was so wonderful as well, and I wish I had gotten her name! She explained everything throughly, and continued to talk and laugh with me while I was getting my service done. The pain was minimal, and done in about 10 minutes! Honestly I couldn't give this place higher praise. The space is incredibly clean, the ambiance is professional yet welcoming, and the customer service is top notch. This location is a bit far from where I live, but I'm going to continue at this location solely for the reasons mentioned above. I am generally loving this location as I believe the receptionists and nurses I've dealt with here have all been very pleasant. The venue is clean and kept up to date. I'm currently getting a tattoo removal. I bought a package of 10 sessions. I'll let you all know if the treatments succeed or fail. Only a few cons so far: -I think a receptionist went on vacation out of the country this summer. During that time, it was a nightmare scheduling appointments. No one ever picked up the phone or returned my calls. I couldn't be seen at all. -Danielle texted me to come in at 4pm once, when my apt was at 5pm. I came at 4 as requested, but was told I couldn't be seen until 5. Nothing could be done. I just had to wait in their lobby for an hour. I thought that was a no-no. Apparently Danielle does that to other customers by accident on occasion here and there? LaserAway, you should fix that! Personally, I was not mad, but I can see this be a big problem for others. Keeping this review short for now. Consider it just my notes of progression. Again, I'll update once treatment is done! Results are what's most important anyway :). read more

She makes sure you are doing great throughout the process, she checks on your progress. I have been wanting to get lip fillers for quite sometime and decided to finally go for it. I had a consultation with Caroline and I must say she was super friendly and answered all of my questions. She had explained how she has gotten lip fillers before and it's not as bad as one thinks. She had broken down the procedure, their safety precautions that they are taking during the pandemic and was very transparent with me about them. She then helped me get my appointment set up and even helped me walk through their financing program that they have ! I probably wouldn't have done them if I haven't had Caroline by my side guiding me all the way until my appointment date During my appointment, I was greeted and checked in by the other sweet lady at the front desk whom I didn't catch her name :( but she had me sanitize my hands and do a temperature check then explains that their Dr. will FaceTime me to answer some of my medical history. She then pointed me to a room where I could have more privacy while FaceTiming their Dr. After that, Caroline met with me and took me to my room and walked me on how to apply the numbing cream and what to avoid which I'm glad she did ! We talked and she asked if I had any other questions and if I did that I could send her a message to her work device and she could come and assist me. I waited for the numbing cream to kick in and after a few minutes Nurse Trixia comes in and introduces herself and walks me through the process one more time very detailed and continued to answered some questions I had in regards to the procedure. She asked me what I wanted to enhance more on my lips since I already had a nice pout and then explained her game plan to achieve this. She even mentioned she has done her own fillers so I already felt comfortable with her and saw her like a long lost friend in just those few minutes of talking with her. When she started, she said to let her know if I feel any pain and honestly I didn't really feel anything but a tiny pinch. She has a really gentle hand which made me not feel so nervous or anxious about the pain level. When she finished, she then told me the aftercare procedure and that if I had any questions or concerns to feel free to reach out to them. Overall I had a really great experience and once my fillers set && need another touch up I will definitely be coming back to schedule it! I've been to Laseraway about 5-6 times and this was my second time going to the Mountain View location. At first I was disappointed bc I had a scheduled appt for Monday and once I arrived they stated that my appt was cancelled due to one of the nurses having a family emergency. Understandable but I drove 40 minutes for the appt and it would of been greatly appreciated if I received a phone call or text letting me know! I was rescheduled for Wednesday and the appointment was awesome bc CC was amazing!! She was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to go over everything. Absolutely worst experience I have ever gone through. No communication between staff at all. You go in for one service and they try to sell you others without giving you all the info. Some of their sales staff are only kind when it's time to sell you packages and then don't care about making their promises or doing right by their customers. They don't value your time and each nurse practitioner does things differently so there is no consistency. I have had appointments cancelled after I arrived for them because they made a mistake and made like it was my fault. I was even lied to about value of the numbing cream and went through a lot pain for one of my treatments just so they could get me out faster. :( After spending close to $10 000 in packages they won't even answer your e-mails or concerns quickly enough and always say someone will call you and guess what? No one ever calls. I had soo many bad experiences I eventually decided to quit and asked for the money of what I have not used back. They then devalued my package and said much of what I was going to get was complimentary so they can give me back less. This is a super frustrating experience and never ending battle of he said/she said even with e-mail proof. Don't waste your time and money! Unfortunately a very bad experience. So unprofessional and fraudulent. I came here for a procedure and the receptionist I believe her name is kristy told me they offered a payment plan. I said I was fine with that because I'm under the impression that I would be making monthly payments to Lazeraway. What she failed to mention was the payment plan was through a 3rd party online loan place. I was furious! She filled out an application for me online for a loan and I was so confused as to why I was receiving emails from them, until I realized there was a loan out in my name & lazeraway received the money for the procedure and I was to pay this 3rd party back which I had no idea about. I do not take out loans and for someone to take one out in my name without informing me has got to be illegal. Of course I call to complain and the response I got was "but it's zero interest for 6 months" as if that made it okay! Smh I was able to resolve this issue but I shouldn't have had to do that. If she told me in the beginning she would be taking out a loan for this "payment plan" I would have said NO. But that option was taken from me. Buyer beware! read more
