A few years ago I added Botox. Dr G was my first experience with Botox and she's wonderful. In the beginning she listened closely to what I wanted (to remove the ever deepening line between my eye brows) and she explained that to get a natural look involves considering how all the muscles move together. She tried different injection locations, asked how I liked it at my next visit, and adjusted based on my feedback. Now, when I come in she ensures I want the same constellation of injections and works off her recorded "map" of my face. Dr G is very good at Botox! The results are wonderful and she always reminds me of how to care for it (for example, no exercise that raises my heart beat for 24 hours). Dr G is also wonderful with patients. I chose to move forward with Dr. Lieberman at L&P Aesthetics, and the experience felt incredibly personalized. I had direct access to him throughout the process, and he personally checked on me during recovery, which meant a lot. He actually called me himself multiple times to talk through the ptosis repair because I wasn't sure if I wanted to include it. He was very honest that I likely wouldn't be happy with my results doing just an upper bleph alone, and took the time to walk me through it until I felt completely confident in my decision. Even though I was nervous, he and his amazing anesthesiologist were always confident and have had several years of surgery experience. My recovery was strong- no pain or nausea, a couple of days of minor bleeding, managed with just mild medication. I also managed to sleep. And Dr. Mehta's post - op support has been incredible. He immediately noticed I had a bad infection before he removed my sutures, and likely ended up saving the work that had been done on my nose in the process. Not only was Dr Mehta willing to help me out even though I wasn't originally his patient, he was also available and responsive to me later that night via email and phone.
