I've gone back and forth about writing this review, but it's been on my mind for years and feels important to share. I absolutely love seeing Michelle for my treatments--she is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly skilled at what she does. She's the reason I continue coming back, and if this review were based solely on her work, it would be five stars without hesitation. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the front desk has been inconsistent. One experience in particular has stayed with me: back in 2020 or 2021, when extra safety measures were in place, I was told to wait outside until my appointment. I understood the policy, but it was pouring rain at the time. I went along with it since I had arrived early. However, when I finished my appointment, I saw another customer--a white woman--waiting comfortably in the lobby for her service. That double standard was shocking and upsetting, and it left me at a loss for words in the moment. The physician assistant Krystal there is amazing! She is so sweet and takes her time explaining everything to you. I have been going to her consistently for a year or more now. She knows what she is doing, and always makes the Botox and filler injections painless. She never oversells anything and tries to use the least amount of units for the most results. Book with her in advance! Otherwise, it's kind of hard to get an appointment. Booking is really easy through the website, however you would have to call in to make any changes and/or cancel. The facially and front office staff have been pleasant every time. The per cost unit of Botox is $16, which is higher than a lot of other places. In addition their fillers are more expensive too, so if cost is a big issue this may not be the best place to go to. read more

I felt if i had blonde hair she and other staff members would have been nicer. I spent $400 and she said we ran out of bags. No thank you. Staff members like her out a really bad reputation for this company. How does a company this big not have bags for clients. I feel there are better skin care places. I felt so offended being in this store. The fact that they didn't even acknowledge their customer. I asked some other vendors and even they said Skin Spirit staff is extremely rude. The manager here is beyond rude, she has this stink face when anyone enters the doors, it's beyond rude I've known people to know of this manager sadly. I like to ask for something to test Burlingame but when I ask if I can have one somehow there "always out of stock" and when I do tell the managers at Palo alto they have to apologize for it and they have already heard about burlingame and they say they wish more people would take to yelp but understand the location and there trying to fix it. So sorry for Burlingame -10 but Palo Alto 10/10 the woman in Palo Alto are killing it!
