The day before my appointment I made the mistake of going on TikTok and I saw all these people raving about microneedling, but their faces were red like a bad sunburn and some even had some bruises and little bloody areas. I immediately called Glow Room spoke to Joanne who was going to do the procedure and expressed my concern over my face potentially looking bright red, bruised etc. She was very calm and explained to me that she does a Korean microneedling process. Where a special product is used to reduce the redness and downtime. She mentioned that it involves exosomes and PDRN. (I am not familiar with these words). She was very reassuring and explained that my face would have very minimal redness.
