Everything is cozy, well decorated, and very comfortable. I was shown into my spa room and received a great facial service, which left my skin feeling soft, smooth, and well moisturized. The staff provides great treatment end to end and one of the staff members walked me through some package options at the end for how I could continue my skincare routine to address my concerns. One thing to note is that they do spend time upselling you here so plan on being here for an additional 10-15 minutes while they put you in a room and walk you through the additional packages available. There was just one other thing to note - when I was doing the infrared portion of my facial, my technician stepped out for about 10 minutes. Botox - They actually blow cold air (from the laser machine) while giving your Botox injections. I felt like that helped with the usual stinging feeling. It went by really quick for my 40+ units. They have a special for $199, for the first 20 units. However, their price per unit is so affordable at $12/unit compared to what I was paying at Skinspirit for $16/unit. Prices are transparent and you can find them on their website. The facility is in a medical building right across the street from Mills Peninsula. It's not decorated or nice as their SF location, but that is expected.

It seemed as if she was trying to catch back up on her appts because she overbooked the day. No recommendations on what to do versus what else not to do because I'm guessing she thought it wasn't needed. She did manage time to try to upsell me with a brochure of another product I've never heard of. However, this past visit left me speechless. My right eye is drooping after purchasing Botox and she will not even address it as a professional. Meanwhile my right side of my head feels as if someone whacked it, as well as it's achy because this impaired my vision to drive. It's really that bad. When I let her know it was happening, she said it should resolve itself in 1-2 weeks. She also recommended to ask for specific eyedrops from my doctor since "her office does not prescribe it." I contacted my doctor - My doctor will not prescribe this type of eyedrop bc they did not do the procedure. When I brought this back up, via texts and leaving a second voicemail, she ghosts. No answer, no professional response, no credit or offer to come back and fix it. Nothing. Is that even legal? I'm completely indisposed of how and when this will actually resolve itself and searches on Google tell me that over injecting in the forehead - it will cause what happened to me and resolve in 3-4 months. I'm truly shocked at how someone can be this way as a person, much less have an actual license to inject if they abandon the repercussions of it doesn't work out right. This is your face and well-being. I will never again use this outfit and you should be extremely careful to also do the same.
