I spent 70 minutes in absolute bliss…read more I originally booked the Hydration Service for my scalp, but the technician started with a scalp analysis and recommended the oil control service instead (same price as what I booked), which ended up being the better choice. After the consultation, you move to the treatment beds where the real relaxation begins. For about 50 minutes they gently massage your scalp while applying different products. While the treatment works its magic, they also massage your neck and shoulders. It's incredibly calming. Next, you move to a chair for the blow dry, but they keep the relaxation going by offering a blanket and an eye cover. They also use red light therapy and other equipment on your scalp. At the end, they show you your scalp again so you can see the results of the treatment. I can honestly say it's one of the most relaxed I've ever felt. Definitely worth the price.

I'm able to adjust my hair wash routine per their recommendations so that's helpful too!! The massage was a relaxing, with the hair scan and the hair care happening afterwards. Everything was wonderful, my hair felt so light leaving the spa. The head massage, scrubbing, was fantastic and the products smelled so nice. I'm over due for a hair cut but wanted to come here first to get my hair deep cleaned and wow, I feel brand new. Each room is private and only fits one person. I did the beginner head care, which starts with a back massage over a thin blanket. Definitely come without jewelry. They also massage your arms a bit. After a while, it turns into skin-to-skin massage, so your top will be off. They lift the blanket to cover their eyes (lol) while you flip over before washing your hair. The hair wash itself was amazing. The back-and-forth motion with what felt like a brush felt sooo good. I didn't realize you could be that rough with your scalp (in a good way). My only small wish was more neck massage, but overall it was such a great experience that it actually got me thinking about their membership. Everyone was super nice, relaxing music played the whole time, and they finish by blow-drying your hair. Bonus: they have a small parking lot too.

The only samples there were to show color and all were long straight hair, no shorter styles, nothing curly. You'd basically need to special order it and fingers crossed, you like it because there are no returns. Why she couldn't have purchased some samples herself to have for potential customers to try before buy, I don't know..... I was also required to sign a legal contract before my consultation stating that I won't write a negative review, and allowing a photo release. And a bunch of other no-no's. All just to be ABLE to come in! None of this ridiculousness with Kelly though, just good products, displaying lots of sample styles and colors to try on and choose from. Great products, great service and prices that are literally HALF the cost of the other salon and fast too!, less than a week! I'll be a lifetime happy customer of Kelly Dinger!

I received a hair transplant in 2024, and 2017 from this clinic. Dr Canales is a good person and…read moregenuine. He is just not very involved in the procedure. Which I didn't like. The nurses who were involved in my procedures were not focused, mingling amongst one another/distracted, it was very unprofessional. I went to one of the top surgeons in the world located in Sofia, Bulgaria Dr. Zarev for a consultation. Arguably one of the best surgeons in the world when dealing with high Norwood cases. The grafts placed in my hairline didn't look natural at all. A lot of gaps, no single grafts along the hairline, and very pluggy appearance, and large punch sizes, a lot of see through due to the grafts not being placed in an angle. Dr. Zarev told me I would be a repair case. A surgeons job to over see and Dr. Canales failed at that. In my follow ups with Dr. Canales it just seemed like he didn't care about my concerns. My growth in the crown from the transplant never grew and he kept saying they will grow and that was 2 year follow up. I have learned a lot about hair transplants in the last few years and have learned from my mistakes in terms of choosing a surgeon. Thankfully even after my botched hair transplants I have 8,800 grafts left for a lifetime with Dr. Zarev the surgeon I consulted with due to higher level of donor management and tools. This clinic is amateur in comparison to other clinics abroad and technology is behind. Do your research! Go on the hair transplant network forum and research these Dr's. The results are sub par they don't look natural and the thing with hair transplants you want them to look like nothing ever happened. And don't be fooled by Dr. Canales in studio cameras. The lighting favors the results, but when you look in close view or sunlight the results are not there. Yes you will never get your original density as you once did. But there are clinics that will mitigate the see through effect on transplants. Nurses should not be implanting grafts it should be the surgeon! They should only sort the grafts into single, doubles, and triples. The surgeon at the end should implant them. Hope this helps. A hair transplant is a really personal thing and important if you don't have a surgeon who is involved and cares they can ruin your donor.

When I finally had it removed after 2 1/2 months Emily of course was out of town so her aid removed it and when she did so she removed most of my hair on top of my head. It was the most painful situation I've been through in a very long time. She was lying to me and telling me it was natural shedding that she was removing when in fact, I have no hair left on top of my head so now it is very difficult for me to go back to my clip in toppers because I have so little hair left. I have been working so hard for the last two years to get my hair to grow back and it was doing so much better. Emily promised me that the solution to remove the glue was easy Peezy and would come right off NOT damage my own hair. It was excruciating. I was the first client of the morning, so I looked in the garbage can and saw the piles of my hair in there so I know how much came out. Things for you to think about before you EVER agree to have anything glued to your head by Emily. The cost of this piece is really expensive as I've priced it out with other pieces so her prices are high. The quality of her pieces are subpar as they literally shed all the time. And the itching is unbearable. No matter how often you wash it. She told me I should just shave my head to make it easier? WTF? She also doesn't mention that you will need to come back every six weeks to have this taken off and reapplied and that's $450 a visit. She also doesn't give you full instructions on how to care for it, how to wash it properly. She will tell you in a hurry while she's doing 3 other things... oh by the way, go to YouTube look at my videos! I told her in person that wasn't adequate, she needed to have more information available on how to care for these. The removal is brutal! Her commercial grade glue does not come off easily and they literally just pull your hair out! My scalp was so damaged! And if you read the reviews and you go down to the hidden reviews, you will see other people saying the exact same thing that I am saying. The different drill bits that Tracy used are to exfoliate the cuticles and around your nail bed, so minimal cutting/trimming is done. I made another appointment through their website for 07.13.26, again with Tracy, to have my gel manicure and gel pedicure removed and this time chose the combination classic manicure and classic pedicure. Basic treatments as before except for regular polish, not gel. Loved every minute of it! I would highly recommend this place! Convenient location. It was easy to schedule an appointment through their website. I am so happy I did and can't wait for my next manicure! I decided to go back to my natural nails so I got an acrylic removal and a gel manicure. I can't state enough how impressed I was with their attention to detail during the entire experience. They did not rush through the process and took their time to paint on the nail design I requested. I sometimes don't have a ton to chat about but everyone was nice and let me sit quietly listening to the music and watching people queue on the boba line outside. Needless to say, I highly recommend.

As a self-professed "skinatic" I can say that I have been blown away by Dr. Lin and her staff. I have the typical "ethnic" skin. Medium tone, slightly oily, very few wrinkles at my almost 40 years. I suffered from acne in my early 20's and have always been on the look out for maintenance and age-prevention treatments. I tend to hyperpigment and scar with any type of unusual activity on my skin, so I am ultra concerned about trusting my skin to just anyone. I never go anywhere that is not high scale, reputable, or backed by science and a medical doctor. I found Dr. Lin online when searching for a cure for melasma (dark pigmented areas) which I developed during my pregnancy. I had gone to two other med/spas in the area and spent hundreds of dollars trying to treat it to no avail. From the start, I could tell Dr. Lin's approach was above and beyond the rest. I had the most thorough cleansing and explanation of what to expect during my consultation. I was so impressed by their approach that I scheduled a SilkPeel on the spot. A silkpeel is unlike anything I've ever had. Essentially it is microdermabrasion taken to the next level. Instead of just exfoliating the peel also deposits specialized serum in the upper layers of the skin. It is painless and refreshing. My melasma is still around, but it is lessening due to the treatments and in home products. Dr lin Rocks!!!! I have been to many dermatologists. She is the first one i have seen that really listens to me. I am still fairly young but do have a few problem spots on my face, but dont want to be very agressive in treating them yet. my previous derms have always wanted to the expensive and aggresive routs either with lazer treatments for my malasma or tons of botox for the one line i have on the bridge of my nose. Dr Lin listened carefully to my desire for less agressive treatments, recommended several options an helped me chose the best one for me. The line on the bridge on my nose is gone with only 1 small botox injection ( the other doctors recommended multiple injection), and the malasma we are treating with topicals. Dr Lin is very knowledgable and listens to her patients need. Oh did i forget to mention her products are great. It was only one treatment but believe me when I tell you that it was a game changer for me. Yes, I was vein enough to even get a before and after picture, too! The difference is night and day. Visualize a dying pink rose in a petri dish soaking up magical water. Within an hour, the wilted rose springs back to life and transforms into a crispy flower -- fresh as the first day it was pricked. MD Laser and Cosmetics (Dr. Lin) is your one stop business for all your appearance needs. Cassandra (office manager) is very helpful and Dr. Lin is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had Dr. Lin remove some age spots on my face 10 years ago and they have not reappeared. Recently I had a large dark patch on my face and Dr. Lin removed that. She was very professional and easy to communicate with. She is a VERY good injector - I'm usually good with needles, but even I was surprised with how fast and pain-free she was. I think she puts a lot of extra care into making sure you are comfortable. Tatyana really does a good job looking at listening to your concerns and trying to address them. For me, I really didn't want a lot of the heaviness in my forehead and she did the smallest amount possible to just get my forehead lines to chill out. I love the results! I also tried PRP microneedling with her the first time and i've been back for the second treatment. She is such a wealth of knowledge - that while we wait I pick her brain on everything - eczema, dark spots, collagen...lol. The microneedling is fast, numbing cream is excellent, and she uses a wand (not a stamp) which makes the actual microneedling part like 10 minutes? Highly recommend if you're in this part of the peninsula to make her your regular injector. She is the best!

Christy is knowledgeable, attentive, and really takes the time to understand my concerns. She sat with me during my consult and listened to me. She then put my face in this skin analyzer machine contraption and it graded my skin on all the things. I never knew I can fail a test without doing anything! When I got the results back, She never pressured me into buying anything or doing a plan I wasn't up for. She created a plan on my wants and needs (including breastfeeding friendly) so it was custom and not a one size fits all kind of treatment like other spots.
