Upon arrival, Sunny checked me in with smiles and was also my masseuse for my Swedish massage. She hit all the right points and made sure I was comfortable by asking if the pressure was too much or the bed temperature was good for me. I really enjoyed the minimal use of the light unscented massage oil she used. Before I flipped over, hot towels, more massaging and hot rocks were placed on my back. This was different for me, but I thought it was perfect. It warmed up all the areas she massaged and and removed most of the massage oil leaving my back soft and moisturized without an oily feeling. There was also some stretching done with my arms, legs and neck area. One finished, I felt relaxed, loose and ready for another gym session of lifting!
