A steam, hottub and a cold plunge! They also gave us totes with robes so we could move to and fro areas. The massage was the best massage Ive ever gotten. It was a deep tissue with I believe her name was Jessica or Jesse. It was dim and very relaxing! I will say this place was pretty pricey so I'd do it for a special occasion! The only blip, and it really is a small blip is that one of the front desk ladies misheard my friend when she said she was paying for 2 of us and charged her for 3. We able to sort it out amongst ourselves (Thanks zelle lol) but they were very apologetic! I'll be sure to come back for an anniversary or something!

He is very intuitive and focuses on the areas that you need relief the most. Breath work is also involved in the work he does in order for you to relax and allow for a deeper level of massage. Pacha always makes me feel comfortable and checks in to make sure that I'm okay. I've gone days without pain after seeing Pacha. If you're looking for pain relief, more mobility and achieving a sense of peace and calm , I highly recommend Pacha. The spa is beautifully designed and the rooms are comfortable. The price is comparable and even less than most spas. There is no shower, sauna or jacuzzi at this facility. Only calm, relief and peace.

This spa is the best kept secret of downtown San Carlos!…read more Elisabeth is an absolutely amazing facialist -- truly a hidden gem. Her hands are magical, and every facial feels both deeply relaxing and incredibly effective. She has a rare combination of kindness, skill, and intuition. My skin always looks its absolute best after seeing her: clear, calm, glowing, and healthy. The space is serene, clean, and calming, and the entire experience feels thoughtful from start to finish. Pricing for what you get is incredibly good. Other spas and hotels are 2-3x this without anything near the results one gets with Elisabeth. What I appreciate most is how trustworthy she is. Elisabeth gives excellent, practical skincare recommendations without ever upselling or pushing products you don't need. You can tell she genuinely cares about skin health, not sales. She's one of those "almost reluctant to share" secrets because she's that good. If you're looking for someone gifted, honest, and deeply talented, Elisabeth is it.

After looking through Yelp I found Serenity, which is very close to my home, and had great reviews. I booked a same day appointment via phone. I wanted to give 5 stars for my massage / facial from Ritva. From the start I was greeted and we went over what should be expected from my services. I booked a 90 minute massage/facial combo. Ritva asked where are my target areas I'd like to treat for my Massage, I let her know where I've been experiencing a lot of pain at and she took time and concentrated on exactly what I asked for while still making time to do my full body. For the facial it was a mini hydrating facial where she cleansed, steamed, did extractions, and lastly moisturized my face. It was very relaxing and my skin looked glowing after. I will definitely add this place to my routine. I usually treat myself to a massage at least once a month and I'm glad I found this place. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service you receive.

I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to refreshen their skin and enjoy a truly relaxing experience.

We were originally just looking for a couples massage, but what sold us on Immersion was that the massage also included access to all of the spa amenities. We booked a couples deep tissue massage and both enjoyed it. I'd personally rate the massage itself around a 7.5-8/10--definitely above average, although not necessarily the best massage I've ever had. That said, the entire spa experience really elevated the visit and made it feel well worth it. The facility was very clean, peaceful, and relaxing, and the staff was professional and welcoming. We also loved that they use Aveda products. There were plenty of fresh towels, lockers for our belongings, and slippers were provided, which came in handy since we forgot to bring ours. The amenities were probably our favorite part. We enjoyed the steam room, dry sauna, cold plunge, and small heated pool. They also had snacks available, which was a nice touch. The spa is clothing optional, but the atmosphere felt comfortable, respectful, and relaxing. We came on a Wednesday and it wasn't busy at all, which made the experience even better. We never felt crowded or rushed and were able to really enjoy the facilities before and after our massage. Overall, while I'd give the massage itself a 7.5-8/10, I'd give the overall experience 5 stars. Between the massage, amenities, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere, it was a great way to celebrate our anniversary. We would definitely come back!

I also appreciate that they push to turn off or silence phones. Unplugging is the way to go when visiting these types of facilities. Also, the massages were fantastic - I got the deep tissue massage and I felt like a new woman after. My boyfriend also felt the same way. I teased him after about him making noises when getting a massage lol. He very much enjoyed it as this was a birthday present for him! We will definitely be doing this as a ritual every 3 to 4 months! Note: the only issue I had was parking - extremely hard to find parking. We recommend that you come at least 1 hour before your appointment, not only because of the parking issue, it also gives you ample time to enjoy the extra amenities that I listed above which comes with every service you book for.

5/5 - Absolute Perfection for My First Head Spa Experience!…read more I just had my first-ever head spa experience, and I cannot recommend this place enough! I opted for the Full Detox treatment, and it was worth every penny. Here is why this place is a hidden gem: 1. Tailored & Educated Approach: I wanted to learn more about my hair loss, and the staff truly listened to my concerns. They took the time to educate me, explain every product, and give me a realistic guidance plan that I am absolutely going to use. (That said, if you just want to zone out and relax, I'm certain they'd accommodate that too!) 2. Next-Level Relaxation: The service was so incredible and luxurious that I kept falling asleep. They pay attention to the tiniest details, like asking if I wanted my feet covered and providing a perfectly weighted blanket. 3. Private & Cozy Atmosphere: It's a smaller space, but they utilize it beautifully. When a second customer arrived, they seamlessly transitioned us into separate rooms so the experience still felt entirely private and exclusive. 4. Zero Pressure: The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Best of all? They did not try to oversell me on products. The pricing felt completely reasonable and fair for the high quality of service I received. If you're on the fence about booking, just do it. You'll leave feeling relaxed, educated, and pampered!
