Additionally, when they massaged my neck, I felt like they were pressing down on my carotid artery. Overall, I felt like the person doing my massage wasn't trained well or it was overall very odd. I disliked the constant repetitive rubbing over my shoulders. There was no compression and it just felt like they were just rubbing to make me feel like this was deep. She was welcoming, friendly, warm, incredibly skilled, and consistently provided one of the best massage experiences I've had. After my last appointment, I went to rebook almost immediately, only to discover she had completely disappeared from the app. At this point, I can't help but wonder why there seems to be so much turnover. Maybe it's coincidence, but after losing multiple therapists over the years, it's become a noticeable pattern. As a customer, it makes me curious about what is causing so many talented therapists to move on. I understand that staff turnover happens, but after investing so much time finding therapists who are a good fit, it's disappointing to repeatedly start over.
