Shirley takes appointments, and I am so grateful my husband booked me one with her. It felt very private, relaxing, and I didn't feel rushed at all. This was my second time getting a prenatal massage, and I can hands down say that this was better than the one I got in Hawaii. She focused on my knots that I didn't even know I had! I appreciated the quiet environment and calm she creates. She has great technique and applies just the right amount of pressure, although she checked in on the pressure as needed. The front desk team is warm, welcoming, and wonderfully organized. Before your service, you'll complete a thoughtful intake form that allows you to personalize your experience. One detail I especially appreciated was being able to indicate my conversation preferences ahead of time, so there was never any awkwardness about whether I wanted to chat, relax in silence, or enjoy something in between. It's such a thoughtful touch that immediately sets the tone for a truly relaxing experience. For my Swedish massage, I also appreciated being able to mark areas of tension directly on a body diagram so my therapist knew exactly where I needed the most attention. My appointment was with **Owen, and he was exceptional.** He quickly reviewed my intake form, asked a few thoughtful questions, and immediately understood what my body needed. His work was truly magical. He relieved the tightness in my upper back from international travel and long hours at the computer, and the cupping add-on was exceptional. Owen is a true master of his craft. I also have to give a special shout-out to the front desk team. Whether communicating by email, over the phone, or in person, everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Their customer service is every bit as exceptional as the treatments themselves. From the tranquil setting and outstanding care to the convenient location and stress-free parking, every detail of the experience feels thoughtfully designed. It seems they've recently opened, as the facilities look new and clean (it changes a little bit when you wander into the back and the rooms; I don't recommend needing to use the bathroom here). To my luck, they accommodated us an hour earlier than scheduled. The rooms are dark with small beds and soft blankets. The furniture and wall decorations are dated, and the rooms for different clients are separated by a fabric sheet. Not the best, but I'm glad we were the only ones here at the time of booking. During my massage, I felt that my masseuse did a lot of same stuff. I got my elbows and forearm worked on a lot, which was cool but not necessarily what I wanted. There was a language barrier so I couldn't really say anything. I was surprised to receive hot stones resting on my back at some point, which turned into a hot stone rub. They then put oil everywhere - like, EVERYWHERE. The Chinese massage oil was mild, almost diluted with no real smell, but I preferred the lack of potency. Despite the language barrier, I did feel comfortable throughout the massage - out of my first three massages, this was the least painful and ticklish. My fingers and toes also got cracked. The background noise was piano music over water with constant chirping sounds which became rather annoying. The result of this massage was great, though it was more of a relaxing great than a massage that fixed problem areas. I had gone on a hike right before the massage, and the massage made me feel much looser and better. At the end, they offer you lemon flavored water and candy, and request for your tip. I do wish they didn't watch you as you put in the tip, as that pressure feels unnerving. While I enjoyed the massage, I wish I had gotten results with more impact, and also prefer better facilities.

Amazing service and an introverts dream…read more I've had about 15 massages here. Only 1 massage therapist spoke more than 2 words to me. All of them simply do a light rub down and then immediately pin point my troubleshoots and get to work fixing them. I've had knots in my upper back, a pinched nerve in my glute, and a variety of aliments. They are able to figure out exactly the problem just by touch. It's amazing! And I don't have to deal with small talk when I'm there to try to get fixed up and am in a bad mood. But I always leave in a great mood! I also love how they have the tip suggestions posted based on time which makes it very easy to calculate especially since they are great at giving lots of good deals so it can be confusing calculating. One of my favorite things is that they accommodate last minute appointments. I find it very hard to schedule anything in advance. I consider this place an important need for my health, and am happy to be able to afford to come here and tip well without braking the bank. They have great prices and give deals if you purchase a package. Some parts are not the most fancy....but I'd much rather have massages that I can afford on a regular basis than go somewhere more pristine and only be able to go 1-2 times a year. Also the front desk woman has always been very professional and kind, even when I'm running late.

TRIGGER WARNING: SA…read more My boyfriend specifically requested a female massage therapist for me when booking due to prior trauma. I was surprised when I was assigned a male therapist while my boyfriend was assigned a female therapist. I did not realize this until after they started massaging us. During the massage, the therapist began massaging and touching my glute area without my consent, which made me extremely uncomfortable. It was difficult for me to speak up in the moment, but I eventually worked up the courage to ask whether we could switch therapists. When I raised my concerns, I did not feel that they were taken seriously. They laughed and said "ok" which made me feel dismissed. I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable, and I also did not receive any apology for the distress the experience caused me. What was particularly confusing to me was that my boyfriend did not receive any glute massage during his session, so our experiences differed despite being there together. This experience was deeply upsetting for me and brought back memories of prior trauma. While I cannot speak to anyone else's intentions, I can speak to the impact the experience had on me. What should've been a celebration for a special occasion left me feeling distressed, violated, and shaken by what happened. This review reflects my honest recollection of the experience and the impact it had on me, and I stand by it. I am sharing it because customer comfort, boundaries, and therapist preferences matter. I hope future customers who make similar requests have those requests respected and that concerns raised during a session are met with compassion and understanding instead of what I experienced. Note: this was from well over a year ago and I have edited the review to clarify my experience and feelings.

I have had a handful of massages with my husband. The location is excellent as it is closed to many dining options. There are plenty of parking in the vicinity. We travel 30 minutes from home just to visit this business. Our schedule is very crazy, and thankfully booking appointments here has been very easy. It also helps that their price point is very reasonable, especially with Groupon and new member discounts. The entire staff is very friendly. The environment is relaxing and clean. They always offer bottled water and chocolate after each session. The masseuses are excellent. I've had Daisy for Prenatal and Jill for Deep Tissue. I've been to many business for prenatal massages and there is no one like Daisy. She knows what she's doing and her pressure is on point. Other businesses seem terrified at touching a pregnant woman. My husband and I are always content with our massage sessions. When I encounter other guests in the lobby, they look extremely satisfied as well. It's something that we do not expect from a franchise. read more

I wouldn't even give this place any star. I had a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience here. During my massage, the therapist, Garion failed to maintain proper draping and my private area was exposed. This should never happen in a professional massage setting. The therapist also appeared inexperienced and unsure of what he was doing, which added to my discomfort. I ended the session early because I felt uncomfortable and violated. While the front desk ultimately did not charge me after I explained what happened, the experience itself was unacceptable. Proper draping and client safety are basic standards. I'm leaving this review so others are aware and so the business can address this seriously. This place is unprofessional and please save yourself the humiliation and go somewhere else. The fact that the front desk doesn't have a direct communication with the managers and have to communicate through email (which what the front desk told me) is a huge red flag. read more

I wanted a nice place to get a massage that wasn't in a room shared with other people like the foot massage places around town. I saw this on Yelp and decided to try it out. I would highly recommend this place if you want a clean, serene ambiance with great quality massages. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up becoming a monthly member just so I can get a regular massage at a reasonable rate. My massage therapist is Tali and she's great! She listens to where I need work the most. Tali knows my tension areas so well now that I don't even have to say anything anymore. I always feel relaxed afterwards. Great massage space, calm, clean and well run. I have had 4 massage therapists including Racheal, Ben, Barbara and Raymond. I prefer deep, deep tissue work to longer strokes and found that Ben and Raymond suit my style very well. Raymond in particular has excellent attention to detail and has made adjustments and improvements from visit to visit as he gets to know my needs. I recommend the membership too because is forces you to come at least once a month and every time it creeps up on me I am SO grateful! The ONLY reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the turnover with therapists, but other than that it is worth EVERy penny....if you're looking for a great, legit massage therapy place, you have arrived. read more

I've been getting regular massages for more than 20 years and I would rate my experience with David at Elements with "as good as it gets." First off, Elements is very clean and serene and the front staff couldn't be more welcoming (Kelly and Liam in particular). Second, massage therapist David takes time to find out what is going on before putting his expert massage techniques to work.
