Sandi was very sweet. I got a really good deal too. She told me to come for my consultation and after she looked at me she asked if I wanted to do the treatment right then! I was so happy that she was able to fit me in so quickly. Also, she was very honest with the treatment that I needed and didn't try to make me pay more for anything else that I didn't need. So I felt comfortable and happy that she's honest. she also showed me how some of the other services worked and is very knowledgeable about the equipment. I'll definitely be back!! I saw improvement in my skin immediately after the first treatment. And I'm excited to see what other services I can do with her. Thank you! read more

I absolutely love my result wow !!!! I came in to have to my face shape contoured (neck, double chin and jowls) and I bought both - the therma-lift and the lipo-sculpture. They work. I'm sooo happy and also will be returning. Sandi is super cute with a sunny disposition and positive energy. What I really appreciate is how she customized my treatment for my goals and my (previous) face shape. Thanks so much. Highly recommend- not to mention- if you've had trouble finding affordable prices for GLOW UP procedures, you're not alone.. but yeah, look no further definitely love my results read more

Ok, I'm only going by what I see, and those are results. My Yelp peeps, you know I've been a hard-ass lately when it comes to giving out compliments. I mean, the world is going downhill these days! But here, I actually see and feel a difference! My stomach looks so much nicer, after just 3 sessions! And by the way, I usually keep my personal care activities private, but in this case, it's for the good for everyone to have this knowledge. (But FYI, I won't be posting photos!) My stomach has always been a problem area for various reasons, and I've tried just about everything you can do to make it flatter and smoother. I had discovered Ultrasonic Cavitation pre-Covid in Brazil, and I at the time, I really loved the results. I wasn't around for long enough to keep going with it. Well it's been over a year and a half, and lots of changes post-Covid (of which I'll spare the details), and I wanted to try Cavitation again. So I found SF Fat Loss on Groupon and reached out. Sandi advised that it's the strongest treatment she has for smoothing. [And I don't want to frown on anybody, but I had found another place in San Leandro and called about it, but they had NO idea about what Cavitation did...and they were offering it on Groupon! So your girl wasn't about to cross the bridge for that] Well, I don't know the science behind Ultrasonic Cavitation either. But I can only say that the results I saw were immediate, and when I went back for session #2, we did a double session of lower and upper, and I definitely felt my stomach being softer and smoother right away. A couple of things to know: -One "session" is one area. So your lower stomach is an area, your upper stomach is one area, etc. More areas are more sessions. -You are supposed to drink a LOT of water following your sessions. Apparently that helps the Lymphatic session drain those fat cells. Or something like that. -If you live in the city, SF Fat Loss in San Mateo is a little further out, but she doesn't offer cavitation in SF. But it's worth it! Plus free parking :) With that being said, all I care about are results. Period. read more

Very disappointing customer service from Sandi. I first heard of SF FatLoss on Groupon back in October where I did 6 sessions of lip lite. Sandi was gave me the Groupon price and a better deal I suppose. I do feel like these lasers work although it seems a bit gimmicky So would I recommend the laser lipo? Yes definitely, I think worth to try. I did it on my belly and definitely helps get rid of any stubborn fat. But do I recommend Sandi? Honestly, not sure. Something about her is off, I honestly think the way she talks to her customers comes off a bit condescending. She's also a bit disorganized and tends to overbook. She is also comes off very passive aggressive and even a bit rude honestly. I don't get feelings of warmth from her honestly, but I really believe in the lasers and think they're worthwhile. The doctor/her husband is great though. After reading other reviews, I see that I'm not the only one that saw this in Sandi too. I was recently gifted the Groupon again, so I sent an inquiry for Friday availability in San Mateo. But honestly, the interaction we had via text was just unpleasant. She put the "!" Emphasis on some of the messages she said, when literally I was just asking a question and trying to get some clarity. It's almost like she just wants to be quick and have you in and out, no relationship building with any of her clients. She should also just update her website then if she doesn't want people asking questions about hours because it says she's open on Fridays, apparently she's not open on weekends or Fridays, but according to her website she is. Her business feels like she's just in it for the money and doesn't care about clients, so if you want to support a business like that go for it. Personally, I decided to get a refund on the Groupon and look else where for this service. read more

Well..... =/ I really hate to leave this review but I feel like you should know what you're getting into before scheduling with Sandi. My 1 star review was based on my interactions with Sandi. This was my first time going to anything like this and I was hoping to be informed and comforted on what was happening. I didn't get that at all. She actually made me feel like an idiot for asking questions, so I just stopped asking and googled any questions I had. Example: Me: What's the difference between the lipo light and the ultrasonic cavitation? Sandi: the light opens the doors and the ultrasonic destroys it. Me: I don't understand what that means. Sandi: The light opens. OPENS. like opening a door. you know how a door opens right? I did the ultrasonic cavitation which is most definitely a different experience. You get jelly put on your stomach, then this ultrasound thing was being moved around on my belly. It felt warm, sometimes stung, and this weird buzzing noise vibrates into your head that no one else can hear but yourself. Me: whoa, what is this that I'm feeling right now? Sandi: i don't know what you're feeling because I'm not you. I've never done this procedure on myself before because I would never want to damage my body like that. Ummmmmmmmm okay. you tell me that AS you're doing the procedure on me.. Another interaction: Sandi: what are we doing on you today? Me: last appointment you mentioned that we should do the lower belly Sandi: I have a lot of clients okay? I don't remember what I say to each of my clients. Another interaction: An African amrican lady walks in, Sandi checks her in and lays her down on the other side of the office. She comes back to me and says "Wow she really smelled like weed. But I'd rather her smell like weed than armpit." Sandi overbooks and ends up getting off schedule. She seems too busy to really build a real client relationship or offer any meaningful advice. She seems to be constantly scrambling to keep up with everything she has going on, even though you have to schedule these appointments. As far as the procedure itself goes? A+ After 3 weeks of ultrasonic cavitation and lipoLite (and diet and exercise), I lost 1.5 inches around my lower belly. I would LOVE to keep coming back because I feel like the procedure is effective! But I honestly can't take interreacting with Sandi anymore. It's really that bad... read more

Husband-wife chiropracter/nutritionist consultant team. Both are really down to earth and relatable. I came here on a Groupon on a Saturday and Sandy was slammed with clients. Even though my Groupon was only to receive the lipo lite treatment for two areas, my initial treatment hit multiple areas including inner thighs, tummy, love handles, and triceps. The experience itself is pretty relaxing - you just lie on a cot for 10-15 minutes and just feel warm in the areas where the pads are. Second step is to get on a machine that shakes your entire body super fast to help with circulation. I can't say that I really saw any results after my first session and a big part of me doubts that this type of treatment actually works or has long term results. Given the price tag associated with it, I decided it's probably not the right type of service for me, but I think it could definitely be very valuable for others to try out. read more

Thank the heavens for this service and the awesome staff. The location is easy to access , very clean and super comfortable. I've been going to SF Weight Loss for almost 2 months ( every 2 weeks ) I've lost major inches in my stomach and can finally see some abs coming through. I tried all kinds of things to loose my baby weight around my stomach. Nearly went under the knife. Glad I waited for this blessing. Saved myself time effort and best of all MONEY. Thank you Sandi !!! You're the best !!! read more

I'm in disbelief to see some negative reviews as I have nothing but good things to say about Sandy at SF Fat Loss and while being there have also witnessed great interactions with her other clients! Sooooo.....where do I start! I first learned about SF Fat Loss through a Facebook add which had a promotional offer. I went ahead and called to book an appointment. The drive there was pleasant and once I arrived it was better than I had anticipated it being. I was greeted by Sandi who was just in so little words, welcoming, knowledgeable, answered every question I had and was very approachable and overall it was a very relaxing and soothing experience . I was skeptical at first but for my first visit I did the Lipo Laser to the belly area-and wowwwww to my surprise I had lost 1 inch off the mid section. Moving forward, I have now completed 3 sessions of the Lipo Laser treatment to the face, arms, lower abdomen ans thighs and couldn't be any happier. I would definitely recommend SF Fat Loss/Sandi in a heart beat! I look forward to my future sessions and can't wait to see the ultimate end results! :) read more

Sandi is so sweet and accomodating and I've seen such great results in just a couple sessions! My wedding is coming up this weekend and there's been such a change that even my family and fiancee have noticed! Sandi is so nice and flexible and was able to accomodate me even last minute. She's the best! read more

Not at all effective. If you are planning to lose $300 per session for no results and crappy service, go to this place. On top, Sandi is one of the most awkward and unpleasant lady I have me. I had bought 4 sessions from Groupon, but after seeing no results and experiencing Sandi's unpleasant unprofessional service, I decided no to avail the remaining sessions. She books multiple clients for same time and throughout the sessions will leave you in between to attend other clients in other rooms. No wonder why you can't see any results. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY read more

Once again I had a face treatment by Sandy and once again someone said "what have you done? You look younger!" Music to my ears!! Thank you Sandy for amazing results! read more

I have to be honest, I was very skeptical about Lipo Light. I saw it on Groupon years ago, but never got it, because I didn't believe it couldn't work. I only came in to try it myself when I saw a lot of the high reviews on Yelp. Don't expect drastic changes in your body after even 6 sessions. This is not liposuction. I would say you should see a visible difference in the areas that were treated after 4 sessions. After 6 sessions and following Sandi's diet recommendations I lost about an inch in circumference (2 weeks). I would say that is still pretty awesome for something that requires zero effort, no pain, and only 6 visits. I wouldn't recommend this treatment for major weight loss. Nothing makes you lose fat faster than a good diet and exercise. When you get down to your desired weight however, I would highly recommend using Lipo Light to get rid of the little fat that is left in the stubborn places like your belly. Then maybe for maintenance come back in a few months, if needed? I am coming back for more sessions myself. I wouldn't do more than 18 sessions. If you need more than that, you need to lose weight the more conventional way with a better diet and exercise before you start something like this. Even if Lipo Light would help it just wouldn't be practical. read more

Sandy is amazing! Super knowledgeable, caring, and just all around a lovely person in charge of this place. This place is absolutely AMAZING! Sandi is the greatest! She i did 15 laser lipo sessions over the past month and a half and the results are outstanding! I did my stomach, my love handles, my back (under my bra), and my inner thigh! At first i didn't change the way i ate and I noticed a big difference! Then i started eating better and the results came so much faster! I went from a size 14 to a size 10! Im still going down! I highly recommend this place!!! read more

I've lost 6 pounds coming to this place, calming, Clean, Nap time during the session, Full body Vibration, Sandy gives great Customer Service and a strong, positive, motivational environment. Still sessions to come and work on cutting down those carbs!!!!!! read more

I believe I bought the 5 session pack on Groupon, and after 4 sessions I saw absolutely no difference it was such a waste of money I didn't go back for the last one. I definitely don't recommend doing this, even if you do see results they don't last because all it's doing is shrinking your fat cells and then they'll go right back to normal. Not to mention the woman Sandy who runs it is very passive aggressive and rude honestly. She just happened to mention to me how smoking will make you gain weight and all this random shit when I never mentioned I smoked to her, which I don't, like okay that's great advice for someone who smokes? And then there's a machine you stand on for 10 mins after and she basically made me stand on it didn't even ask if I wanted to and I overheard her saying to someone "oh you don't have to do that it's just for people who don't walk enough", like oh cause I'm not a size 2 that means I'm some lazy farm animal? No sweetie, I walk 2-3 hours a day with the kids I nanny not everybody is a twig like you. Needless to say will never be returning. read more

Awful service from Sandi, never got to see the doctor so I can't comment about him. Did Groupon and in the 1.5 hours I was there, I only received the laser like treatment with vibration. No BCA or nutrition consultation. I gave up waiting after the 1.5 hour mark. And Sandi had said she'd discuss treatment packages with me and basically left me hanging while attending to all the other clients. Guess I won't be going back. read more

First I would like to start with saying Sandi is a miracle worker. I came in with bad health & plenty of fat to lose. Not only have I lost 10 inches, but I have also lowered my Cholesterol. Her motivation & insight has been nothing but amazing. I am sleeping better & feel like my energy level is back to when I was in my 20's. I would recommend this to all my friends & family. Thank you Sandi, for all your help & guidance! read more

Five and half inches gone in just under two weeks. I went in completely skeptical but I cannot argue with the results! Limit your calories, exercise daily, at least a litre a day of pure, clean water= weight loss. I had that stubborn 5-10 pounds left to lose and now I don't; pretty darn simple. read more

I used a Groupon for three fat loss sessions and overall I would not recommend the service to others except for the rare situations where you want improve your appearance (or get into that dress!) for a day or two. 1. Their website is too aggressive in procedural effects. If you look at the type of light therapy they provide and compare it to clinical trials, their claims on fat loss are atypical and just too aggressive. 2. If you consume more calories then your metabolic rate+exercise consumes for even a single day, you will refill your depleted fat cells and look like you did before your first visit. 3. Scheduling was a problem as there was only two days a week to choose from with very few slots to choose from. On a positive note: 1. I thought the staff was kind and courteous 2. The Chiropractor (Dr. Colgan) who runs the practices seemed pretty knowledgeable. read more

I went to the SF location and I'm far more satisfied than I expected to be. To anyone that is skeptical and afraid of losing money, I WAS YOUR GUINEA PIG. AND I say this is a promising investment if you follow small guidelines. First things first, I AM NOT A SMALL, OR EVEN MEDIUM FIGURE. But with nine sessions, I still lost a total of NINE and a half inches in my lower abs, belly, and waist. And trust me, you wont be the only one to notice! Sandy's great. Always full of suggestions and ready for any tips you may ask of her. Not to mention she's full of pep talk. She males noye of any medical or emotional issue to insure she helps your process. An example is that i'm an emotional eater. She worked with me. Totally awesome. She also did me a favor in suggesting BART because it's literally a block away. Better than paying $15 an hour. Now how did I lose 9 inches? First, I went twice a week for a month consistently. I'm also a busy person, so the only exercise I got was my loads of walking. If I actually worked out I'm sure I would have lost more. I also did my best in looking for more leans and less grease. Sandy said an occasional burger was fine, but that sugar would be my downfall. And cutting back sweets was definitely better than stopping my steak intake. Hooray for red meat! Sandy started my changing process and now imma keep at it. THIS. IS. WORTH IT. I hope to see her again soon. read more

On Groupon, I found a 3 session deal; three laser lipo facial lift. I purchased it and called the same day to set up an appointment. I first had a consultation where I spoke to Dr. Sandi Rocco and she was very compassionate and realistic with what I wanted to be done. I received three facial session once a week, my trouble area was my chin, I somewhat HAD a double chin before seeing Dr. Sandi Rocco (keep in mind I'm a young, 20 something, Black woman). The sessions last about 25-30 minute, and you just lay on your back with the lights on your problem areas, I will admit I was little be skeptical with the procedure being done and having it actually work. Once it was over, I went to class, work, etc and the last place I went to was the gym. At the gym that's when I noticed after the FIRST TREATMENT was working. I normally don't sweat from face ever when working out, but after doing cardio for about 20 minutes I was sweating so much from my face, it was unbelievable. Gradually with watching my salt, carb, and sugar intake, my double chin has decreased significantly. I had an enjoyable experience and I'm confident, you will too. read more

I bought a nine session through Groupon to get ready for my LV trip for my 40th. My purpose was to look my best on this trip, if possible ;). I was surprisingly happy with my results not knowing too much about this procedure as far as people that I knew personally that did it, only what I read on the reviews. But for me it was worth it and I lost 8-10 lbs and 2-3 inches with my crazy schedule and mandatory wine drinking ;p. Great little setup very comfortable, in and out in about 45 min. Dr Colgin and Sandi are extremely friendly and personable to be around. I'm satisfied with my results and I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Sandi is amazing. She is super flexible with scheduling and was able to price match what I saw online. I finished the last of my 6 sessions yesterday. I can't really tell a difference probably because I see myself everyday but Sandi took my before and after measurements and I lost a total of 4 inches combined areas. It's also important to follow her diet recommendations, which I should have but didn't which can also be why I didn't notice much of a difference. I did lose 3 pounds though. However, going to her sessions forced me to hit the gym afterwards. I've been to the gym more times within a 2 week period than I've been all 2018. Haha. Anyways thanks again Sandi looking forward to seeing you again in the future. read more

I found Sandi through Groupon and got the 3 therma sessions with her. Keep in mind during COVID she is the only person covering the office taking care of other people with different procedures, walk-ins and people leaving and taking appointments. The therma is suppose to be 20 minutes she does the procedure less than 10 minutes and leaves you a few times during that time to take care of other people and come back work on you without sensitizing her hands. She also doesn't put any sheet for protection in between clients. I'd recommend to save your money just exercise, eat healthy and save yourself trips from offices like this. read more

I really don't want to write this reviews since I don't want Sandi to be over book with appointments. But I'm truly blessed because of her business I was able to lose inches on my baby belly. Its crazy that with only one session I lost 2 inches on my waist and 2 inches on my hip. I don't think it's necessary to have two to three session in one week. Since I had one session n Lost 2 inches in one week. personality, I wouldn't call Sandi friendly. She's really disorganized and cranky at times. She will said she measure you and I don't recall any measuring tape. But that's okay, I came home and asked my husband to measure me instead. Regardless Of how she made me feel uncomfortable I still liked her. I would recommended this place to anyone who want to lose a little weight and tighten and tone their skin. read more

I'm here now my appointment was at 10:30 I was here a bit early did paperwork and was helped after my appointment time. Totally fine everything was good the assistant in front was nice the woman sandy was sweet at first but EXTREMELY RUDE. She started to sale me on a diet plan which is totally fine I get it. You can't keep the same habits or the treatment would be a waste. Also she rushed because there were more people coming in and she kept saying you have a lot of questions but I can't really answer em because there's people waiting. I also wanted to know more on non surgical facelift and she said "since you have a lot of question come here", as she showing me the device for the face she seemed super irritated that I was asking a lot of question as I wanted to be informed about what I was inquiring about. She was gesturing with her hands saying " you sit here under a light with these goggles and it lifts your face" making gestures as if I didn't understand English. Then she proceeded to say "you get it" I said no and she was like well the wrinkles won't go away because your face moves. Totally fine. So I said "so it's pointless". She said it's not but because of movement it will keep wrinkling. She talk to me as if I was disabled in a way that I didn't know English or couldn't comprehend. Sandy is not into customer service at all she's money hungry. When your not falling into the package trap she rushes through things. This experience was horrible I will be never coming back. Also as we walked away from the non surgical face machine she said "say you get a part to be on TV the font want you to get Botox the want you to look concerned do it look concerned" I proceeded to tell her no I don't act. She's pushy, aggressive and rude. I get people wake up on the wrong side of the bed but I can tell this is her true way of showing her style of professionalism. She was sweet then rude constantly on an off. Like I mentioned earlier I get people have their days but it gave me a terrible first impression. The Assistant and Fat Loss doctor were awesome and polite. The Fat Loss doctor extremely amazing super great, caring, aspiring, informative and he lets you know what he offers and the results you will get if you get a package and choose to move forward. He's not pushy and he makes you very aware of consequences you'll have if you don't start now to make a change if your going in to make a total change as far as dieting and making better choices. He also stated whether you decide to go with his package he offers or not take the information and do something with it. He vouches for mother's and does it for moms who want to get back their life. For his visit this would have been 5STARS but the Sandy made it pretty difficult to want to come back. I hope you guys that choose this place have a better experience. ALSO MAKE SURE THEY ARE USING FDA APPROVE LASER DEVICES. read more

It was such a great experience and I was so surprised that I lost inches off my thighs! Honestly, I was expecting to lose maybe an inch off my thighs but when I got measured yesterday I lost an inch and a half. I think I lost maybe another inch today! It sounds like I'm making it up but if you have big thighs, you can tell when your thighs rub against each other. Growing up, I had such a hard time losing the fat on my thighs. It was to the point where I feel like it was stubborn and didn't want to leave! Once I did the first treatment and worked out like I always do...the fat was going away! I am really happy.
