She was very professional and easy to communicate with. She is a VERY good injector - I'm usually good with needles, but even I was surprised with how fast and pain-free she was. I think she puts a lot of extra care into making sure you are comfortable. Tatyana really does a good job looking at listening to your concerns and trying to address them. For me, I really didn't want a lot of the heaviness in my forehead and she did the smallest amount possible to just get my forehead lines to chill out. I love the results! I also tried PRP microneedling with her the first time and i've been back for the second treatment. She is such a wealth of knowledge - that while we wait I pick her brain on everything - eczema, dark spots, collagen...lol. The microneedling is fast, numbing cream is excellent, and she uses a wand (not a stamp) which makes the actual microneedling part like 10 minutes? The issue is not that mistakes were made but how they were resolved. My appointmant began 90 minutes after the mistaken appointment. I got fluids so I'm happy! Sunia took the time to verify what my comfort and pain points were. I didn't just get a cold bag. I'm cheerful and hydrated! My card was not the right type. No problem.
