No more shaving for me;) Ot was a pretty painless process but I would suggest not making your appointments around your period because you are more sensitive and it can sting a little more than usual. Throughout the entire process I had really awesome nurses and my favorite was Linh. She was so nice and we had the best conversations which made the experience even better. Around Christmas time I finally built up the courage to buy a Black Friday laser hair removal bundle that included everything I wanted: 8 sessions on full legs, full brazilian, and legs/toes. My total came out to around $2,500. This may sound steep but I had heard LaserAway worked well from other friends and I didn't want to risk buying a Groupon for half the price and get no results. Today I received my 3rd laser treatment and can confidently say there is about 40% less hair growth in all the areas I've been getting done. I must note that I have pretty fair/olive skin and very, very dark hair follicles. The technicians say that is the best combo for laser because the actual laser can differentiate between the skin and the hair follicles. Growing up I was extremely hairy, hair could grown back within 2 hours of showering and shaving which can be super frustrating for women (or men) who want to feel confident wearing shorts or dresses or anything that exposes the skin for that matter. I was one of those people who was sometimes shaving twice a day just to keep my skin smooth which led to extremely razor burn, ingrown hair, irritated/dry skin, etc etc. I had nothing to lose but hair at this point so I bought the package and almost 4 months in I couldn't be happier with the results thus far. I can sometimes go at least a week without shaving my legs and private areas. For me, that's huge!!! I'm not even halfway finished with my treatments yet. The girls working there are very friendly and will talk to you throughout to make sure you're comfortable. They help take your mind off the fact you're laying there naked getting zapped with a hot laser, which I think is important! The pain level for me was about a 8/10 in certain areas that are really sensitive but overall about a 4/10 as the sessions continue and the hair follicles become less noticeable. Laser is the best thing in the world I don't care what anyone says. I was so tired of waiting for my hair to grow out everywhere in order to wax, constantly throwing money into it, and never getting the results I was looking for. I'm happy I went for it and followed through with a consultation with LaserAway. I recommend 10/10. read more

To be completely honest I really didn't think this laser thing would work especially since I have such thick hair that grows so fast after shaving (even waxing too) but after my third treatment I began to notice a difference. The workers at the location are so welcoming and great, so far Christina has been assisting me. She is so sweet and friendly I did feel bad arriving to my appointment late but she still took me in. So I definitely recommend to be in time to your appointment or even 15 minutes early just to be courteous and to enjoy your treatment too. read more

I came here about 9 months ago inquiring about tattoo removal. I had no appointment but they promptly got me in and got me talking with one of the girls about the removal process. They were very professional and I was shocked to find out how much cheaper it was there compared to other places I was looking at. Fast forward to today I went to start my tattoo removal process. I had my first session and it went great! The girls were very nice and understanding about the uncertainty of pain associated with tattoo removal to someone who's never done it before. I had a question a couple hours later and decided to call about it. They answered immediately and transferred me to the nurse who could answer my question. I've purchased hair removal here about a year ago and then decided to check out some prices for maintenance and adding on other services. The price was pretty crazy and buying single sessions is not even worth it because it will come out to 400+ dollars ! And that's just for one session. I went in for the consultation and the manager/director whatever she is (LAUREN) was super nice about explaining everything and giving me prices. Once I knew what to expect for the services I wanted I told her I would think about it and have to get back to her and she kept pushing for me to sign there and then saying they had a promotion and won't be there for long time (which is what they always say) I got a "deal" the time for my last treatment too lol Anyways after an hour of "consulting" I finally said fine I'll do this one. (Expect to be pressured into buying a something at these " free consultations") I went in for my first session of the services I got and then later on decided I needed to cancel due to financial issues. So Lauren calls me asking the situation and how she can put it on hold and saying they have the best lasers and I insist that it's okay I need to cancel. After a lot of trying from her part and me refusing she tells me my price for those 3 first sessions I got done comes down to almost $1,000 ! She says I will need to pay that and she'll cancel the rest then HANGS UP on me... lol.... I had to call back and talk to someone else about some questions on how to make my payment. So sad that they have fake service coming from their top staff members and only care about theirs numbers and will lose all professionalisms if you cancel or things don't go their way.. read more

Val is the best. I had thermage on my upper arms after losing 46 lbs, they were pretty saggy! She kept me laughing the entire time so I wouldn't think about the pain. Last year I bought three IPL's. They require an appointment just to evaluate your skin, then you can make an appointment for the IPL. I have had several IPL's before Laser Away and was thrilled with the results. The sessions also had to be scheduled a few weeks apart. The first session I felt nothing, apparently the setting was on the lowest and I saw no difference with my skin. The second appointment, same story. Now on the last appointment I felt the laser somewhat but no difference in skin appearance. It was a waste of my time and money. read more
