This spot is definitely a value-over-taste destination. The two-tortilla burrito is massive and will easily keep you full, though the California burrito was a bit of a letdown since the cheese didn't quite mesh with the other flavors. If you're looking for a highlight, the green chili is much better than the red. The service is fast and attentive, fitting for a place that feels more like a quick-stop for a meal than a hangout spot. It was fairly quiet when I visited, making it a solid, efficient choice for a heavy meal on the go.

4.5 stars! Service is quick and staff are friendly. Food is good and potions are good! Free parking on the lot! Cash or card! About 8 tables of different sizes to sit in and eat. They bus the tables after you eat but you order first at the counter. We will be back!

Grabbed something to eat for dinner at Las Marias since it was somewhat near Azusa Pacific University. The food was good. Initially, I was craving chile rellenos but they ran out so I opted for an enchilada plate (1 beef and 1 cheese). It was good. The portions were a bit small. The enchilads were very cheesy, rice and beans were good. Service was nice and friendly and the place was clean.

A friend suggested to meet up at Las Marias for lunch. It's a good sign that most customers there are locals and tradesmen stop by for lunch. I ordered two tacos and a sope with Al pastor, asada and birria. The tacos are good size with substantial meat in there. Sope has a nice shell with the other necessary components. They are tasty like a home cooked meal that you could come back everyday. My friend's combo burrito looks really impressive. It's really big with green and red sauce on top. For $12.75, it's a really good value. I'd love to try their menudo. But like most places, they only serve it on the weekend. But the lady told me they start serving it Friday-Sunday now. The lady who took our order is very nice and friendly. The restaurant has a homey vibe where you can just relax and fill up on some good Mexican food.

My first time here! Service was great! Very friendly staff and I loved how she recommended my menu! Most importantly, this queso tacos were so good!!! I can't believe I did not try this place until today! Ambiance was also another factor! Painting on the wall was creative and brought good vibes. Will be returning soon.

Hidden gem or local favorite, come for the quest birria tacos! I have been here twice, but I haven't been able to try anything else because these are just too good!! Fast casual spot with some tables for dining in. I got my order to go. The quesatacos come with an oder of 4 large tacos, consummate, and salsa. It's plenty to share and you probably should share so you can order more menu items. Delicious! I will return.

Near boiling bowl - steamed up the lens.

One of those GEMS you get lucky enough to stumble upon in a strip mall! Clean, delicious, fast and friendly service - Mexican radio radiating from a cook that is eager to serve up his handiwork....couple young guys working early Sunday Morning! Came in for a breakfast burrito to go, but saw the Menudo in the menu and had to order it and am sooo glad I did. Clean, deep flavor from a pot that's been simmering for days I'm sure. Get it!

Excellent customer service and friendly folks run this place. I stopped by after being recommended by an SGV Eats post and it is very fresh and tasty. The salsa was homemade and just right. My only quibble is the bacon wasn't very good... overly salty and cheap. I'll be sure to come back and try their other dishes though because that was the only thing that wasn't excellent. It's in a nondescript spot and has limited seating, probably best for takeout.

One time I ordered 4 tacos, 1 burrito, a drink and churros and it took them longer than 25 minutes to be ready. The people who dined in that were behind me in line were served first. This defeats the purpose of takeout... also they burnt the heck out of my churros and still have them to me like that. Their employees are rude especially the girl with the fake red hair. She' s vulgar talking to coworkers instead of customers and a rude attitude. She was rude with an attitude when asked her about drink prices (not on the menu) and a question about the salsa bar . She made me feel like I was a bothering her after spending over $50 in their establishment. The way she behaves makes you think she owns the business. Another thing is that they don't listen or pay attention to your order. Both in person and for delivery they end up messing up your order. It was simple no onions on 3 tacos and they always mess up my son's food. Now I have an angry and hungry little kid on top of the experience. I keep going back because their food is good and kind of hope to have a better experience. I don't I'll go back, it's a shame but it's not worth it anymore. Gave this place many chances to support a small business but they don't reciprocate the love back. This place could be a 5 star but their employees hinder the restaurant back from being that.

Everything looked so clean, well-organized, and inviting. The restaurant itself is lovely, with plenty of seating for a party of one or many. There is ample space for special occasions, a large bar area, a large dining room, clean bathrooms, and AMAZING staff. Every single employee welcomed us to the restaurant. Employees were very friendly, polite, hard-working, and engaging. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the "Martha Salad" while my wife had the Pozole Verde. Both were delicious, perfectly made, very tasty, and filling. The chips and salsa were so good that we ordered a second serving, which is rare for us. We plan to invite family and friends in the very near future so that we can reserve the private group area and have our own party :)

We recently tried this Mexican restaurant and unfortunately the food and drinks were very…read moredisappointing. The margaritas were honestly some of the worst we've had -- they tasted like straight margarita mix blended with ice, and we could barely drink them. The enchiladas were also very underwhelming, especially for the price. It was basically shredded chicken in tortillas with sauce, rice, and beans, and for $20 it just wasn't worth it. The food tasted very Americanized and lacked authentic Mexican flavor and seasoning. That being said, the customer service was amazing. The two ladies who helped us were incredibly attentive, kind, and kept checking on us. They offered extra drinks and multiple items, which we normally appreciate because when we go to Mexican restaurants we usually order multiple rounds and end with Cadillac margaritas. Unfortunately, the drinks were so bad we didn't want to order anything else, but their effort and service did not go unnoticed. One small disappointment was when I asked for hot sauce to add more flavor to my green sauce enchiladas, and I was brought the same red enchilada sauce instead, which made the meal worse. I am a food and beverage manager myself, and I can honestly say I would hire those two servers in a heartbeat because they were fabulous. The service was excellent -- it's just the food and drinks that really need improvement.

Their hand made tortillas are delicious and come out piping hot. When I saw the plate, I assumed that it would be a 5 star meal. Everything looked so perfect. I've actually had to give it some thought and concluded that I would have to rate it 4 stars because of how chewy the meat was. I found myself having to work very hard to finish the last few bites. The asada was medium rare and that might be undercooked for a cut like skirt steak. I'll be back to try their ribeye, which would be perfect medium rare.
