I had a knee replacement with Dr. Tuman in Feb. 2026 and I feel like I got excellent care. The…read morepreop information was excellent and they remind you many times that your post op recovery requires a lot of work on your part. I mostly saw the PA, who was excellent, and I was confident that my surgeon would do an excellent job. Now at 11 weeks out, things are going very well. Their PT center is awesome. As for the center itself, yes, it's a large place that runs efficiently (meaning yes, you might feel rushed), but you also need to advocate for yourself. Show up early for your appointments. Make a list of your concerns or questions ahead of time and take it to your appointment. Follow up with phone calls. If you want to see the Dr. again, make another appointment. I will say that there are room for improvements at the clinic. I found the patient portal leaves much to be desired. The parking lot is often full (allow time to find a parking spot). Most of the receptionists are very pleasant, but yes, like anywhere else, there might be a couple who don't seem to be enjoying their job. Trying to make or cancel an appointment sometimes puts you in a long phone queue, but you can request a call back so you don't wait on hold. I've always gotten a call back within 15 minutes or so. Still, I feel like it's an excellent orthopedic center.

I wanted to like this place. The building seems nice, there is a coffee shop there, too. Trek Lyons…read moreseemed like a good guy who listened and spent time with me. But his suggested treatment was hard for me to remember so I asked if he could provide written instructions and he said he would. But the scribe was busy blowing his nose and my after visit summary did not provide me with the info I needed. I messaged them via the portal 5 days ago and still haven't heard anything. I got a PT Rx, and a sheet of exercises along with a very firm, advanced level theraband, but no instructions on how to do the exercises. The guy who instructed me on the ankle brace was super nice. Sadly the brace causes more pain and bruising so I can't wear it.

I went to see Dr. Lamoreaux back in '15-'16 because my right rotator cuff ripped more than 1/2. I…read moreneeded help, but she refused me any help & @ approximately 57-58 years old @ that time, she sternly told me that I have to wait until I'm 65 years old or over before that facility or ANY SURGEON would fix the issue. She offered me physical therapy, anti-depressants (for pain), etc., etc. which I had already gone through, having 22 years of physical therapy for back, shoulders, Fibromyalgia, etc. I asked IF I could go to OHSU, & she smirked, telling me that no one will take me as a patient because I'm not 65. She left me high & dry, in pain that also worsened to the my rotator cuff, right arm, ripped off of the bone in '22. I also had ripped the left rotator cuff, maybe 1/4 way, it it wasn't a big issue then. Furthermore, when I got onto my patient portal the same day I saw this surgeon, she siad that I refused physical therapy & everything she offered, that's. ALL I was trying to do was get on DISABILITY. That's so untrue! I had already been on SSDI since '97, so why would I try to get on a permanent federal program in '16? I called her on it, & she said she would fix it on HER END. I was so disappointed! I didn't have to wait until I turned 65 to get a rotator cuff replacement because Oregon Medical's surgeon had no issues doing this procedure in '23 when I went to see this surgeon. Yes, I was almost 65, but I found out that there is no law prohibiting anyone for a surgery like this. I was lied to by Dr. Lamoreaux 9-10 years ago, & I had to suffer with not just a complete rotator cuff tear on my right arm, but my left rotator cuff ripped more into a 2/3 rip, but not complete. I am very unhappy with this Riverbend surgeon. I don't know why she was so callous, but I will say that she helped ruin the last 9-10 years of my life due to her incompetence.

She does very well working with the public. Dr. Lamoreaux is a great orthopedic doctor and surgeon! I highly recommend her for orthopedic care.

Miraculous, amazing, brilliant, kind, caring, honest and humble.......those are the words that come…read moreto mind when we think about Dr. Noonan. In December 2018, my husband had an event (lifted a 25# saw and twisted), something he's done thousands of times over his lifetime, which left him with severe back pain. Not just back pain that caused him to slow down a few days, I'm talking, severe, debilitating pain that started as "I heard a pop in my back and now my back is sore"...... and progressed to the use of a cane, then walker, then wheelchair and bed rest, all occurring within a few weeks. Christmas was spent in an emergency room begging the physician to help us figure out what could possibly be wrong. Pain meds and a "tough luck you've got a bad back" was the diagnosis after a CT scan. We were devastated. My husband continued to decline. The pain worsened and he eventually lost feeling and control of his bowel and bladder. Eventually, we were referred to a neurosurgeon for further evaluation and a myelogram. That myelogram result lead us to Dr Noonan and a surgical team at Samaritan Hospital Corvallis. Praise God! When my husband returned from surgery, he was sitting upright, legs straight, full control of his bodily functions and virtually pain free. It was a miracle. The diagnosis, Cauda Equina Syndrome. At our 2 week check up we thanked Dr Noonan profusely for recognizing this rare emergency and taking the quick action needed to correct and save bodily function. We owe him. Our lives are back to normal, better than ever and his humble response was to thank God. Thank you God for Dr Noonan!!!!!
