Arcenio arrived swiftly, put a ladder directly on the front of my house, inspected the roof, and proposed that the old dutch gutters could easily be replaced. They cut the rafter tails, added gutters, and completed the project in 3 days. Plywood was also added on top of the decking, which should add some structural stability. Overall I had a great experience with Leon Brothers and am looking forward to seeing how the new roof handles what could be a very wet El Niño winter.

The workers did their thing, were all good guys doing what they do. No issues. The roof was in pretty bad shape as well, needed some repair as it was very old and Israel and his team just went with the flow. It's a little nuts seeing your roof completely gone after a day or so, then see it get built up to a completely new clean roof is pretty amazing. Israel and his team also put in venting. fixed up ALL the flashing, cleaned up all the existing vent pipes, installed a fan as well. It all went so well, easy and the roof looks great. This was by far the easiest experience I have ever had with a contractor and/or their team. They cleaned up very well and in 4 days or so poof they were gone, almost like they were never there, except for the beautiful new roof. My neighbor also had an issue with her roof and I asked Israel about it and he said give her my number. He fixed her problem in no time, on the fly, and she was very happy about that, especially with the possibility of big storms this winter, she was quite nervous. Typical sales scare tactics were used like telling us a leak was from condensation due to the lack of ridge vents. We have gable vents and so does every other house on the block. By his logic, every old house without ridge vents should be leaking water. I've been in my attic, there's no condensation issue. Their price for a new roof seems fair but given our roof is 12-15 years old with two leaks, it's far from needing a full replacement. They also offered no warranty if we went with a repair. He also estimated my roof to be 25 years old when my home inspection and other roofers estimated 10-15 years old.

He was prompt, communicated exceptionally well, and was very accommodating. When something unforeseeable came up (which happened a lot), he took ownership and worked through it.
