After the coping for the pool was poured I noticed some defects in the concrete, before I could bring it to Steve's attention he informed me that he was going to demo the bad coping and re-pour it. He did and it turned out great. SC pools also finished the pool a month ahead of schedule which was nice, although I wouldn't expect that happens very often as there are a lot of variables throughout the construction proces. we have had the pool for about 3 years now and have not had any issues with the it, we are very happy with the pool. His guys were professional and cleaned the whole area before installing the new filter. They got me a new model that does not require to take the cartridges out every time you clean the filter. Our experience with Taylor made pools was mostly good with some not so good. The project took 6…read moremonths. A lot longer than I would've hoped. But due to lots of rain things kept getting pushed back. Bobby was great. There were a few miscommunications on the initial sell and quote but those were handled well. They started almost a month earlier than we had thought so that was great. Craig was probably the best part of the build. He was as attentive as possible with all of his other builds and obligations. He would pretty much bend over backwards to fix any issues we had. He dealt with my crazy with grace and I appreciated that! The manager of the company is another story. My one experience with him wasn't great. He's not easy to work with, very stubborn, and doesn't like to hear issues related to the build that we have had. Very argumentative. He seems to be money driven, not customer satisfaction driven. I get owning a company is hard with all that's involved but a little finesse and kindness goes a very long way with me. I wanted a small sum of money discounted on our coping because the installers messed it up permanently but he refused and wanted to try to fix the issue. It couldn't be fixed which I knew it couldn't be. But we still paid full price because it wasn't worth the hassle. We wanted a waterfall/cave/slide combo built and Rob from Rock-N-Waterfalls was the best! His crew that built our structure were the most awesome group of guys. So attentive to what we wanted. Super nice and personable. And they did the most beautiful job on the whole structure. The demo crew, plumbers, and mastic crew, were great. We did have some issues with the pebble crew. The pebble tec was becoming stained about a week after the pool was filled. But Craig organized another acid wash to fix the problem and it's been great since. I was extremely impressed with most of the crews clean ups after each job. The only 2 who left big messes for us to clean up was the pebble crew and the concrete crew. They do need to work on not causing a mess for us. We have permanent blue staining on our retaining wall from the pebble. And blue stains blasted on the fence and some of my garden decor. There was some damage to our front yard from the dig tractor. Even though it was stated in the contract that Taylor made won't fix what they broke they still made it right and fixed it. So I was very appreciative of that. Construction on your home isn't for the faint of heart and I realize things will go wrong but everything was handled well. Now to the negative (which isn't directed at Taylor made) The concrete company they use is a joke. Thats where we had the most trouble. The only thing we are unhappy about with our pool is our decking and coping. The concrete looks terrible and was a very rushed job. Not finished well in many areas, very rough jagged raised spots. His company left hundreds of broom fibers in our concrete coping after the brush finish that left behind lots of permanent indentation marks. The owner of the concrete company, Alex, was difficult. He argued with me about the issue and was pretty unprofessional. A pipe was burst under the newly poured concrete. Which nobody turned the water on before pouring to make sure there wasn't a problem. (So if you get a pool personally turn your water on to be sure it's working right before concrete) So our brand new concrete was ripped out. They came out and replaced it but the replacement concrete looks like a toddler did it. So in my opinion they very much need to contract with a new company for the concrete work. We've been left with no doubt how to work the equipment and how to take care of our pool. We were given loads of advice and knowledge. It is a lot and intimidating but we're learning. We did ask for several upgrades and they were seamlessly added in to the project. So All in all we are very satisfied with our pool. It turned out absolutely beautiful and my kids and I couldn't be more happy with the pool. It was a lot of stress but I have no regrets. Knowing everything I know now I still would use Taylor made again if we ever needed another pool. Craig made the whole situation worth the stress and easier to handle.

Most companies will work for business and make things work, Not this company. They back filled the dirt and quit, still charged us 10k for equipment usage, permits and employee bodies .

What we liked most about David he helped us and gave us visionof the type of pool we wanted. He gave us more for a very reasonable price than any other contractor. With the other Contractors we would have gotten a very basic cement pool with maybe one light. David has been doing pools for 27 years and him and his team is really outstanding on what they do. David works with 2 companies for tile and stone out in Anaheim at Npt. We did not mind going out their to look at tiles and stone it was a great experience to take tile samples and see how they are in different lighting. We also had David do small stone planter around the pool area that matches the back of the pool and also adds additional seating which came out amazing. David and his team helped to cement in our whole back yard and also put in a patio as well. If you want an amazing back yard were you can gather around with friends and family Naturescape pools I highly recommend. Thank You David for making our vision come together.

Been changing out full set of filters 3 sets!!! No call backs come to find out pool was plumbed wrong to get a text back there is no way my plumbers are the best!!!! Put in a claim with pentair hoping to get any information and and any answers I can YES plumbed wrong. I came out of pocket to fix the plumbing and for 3 set of filters. and hired 3 different pool service companies to say you have a major problem why you keep going through pool companies!! with 7/8 months of no flirtation!! To get a text back months later send me the receipts and I will refund you still nothing. had to spend all this money on door sensors and $500 on 2 water sensors with no INSPECTIONS or final!! only inspection done was to do the SHOCKCRETE!! Had his NEW rock guy come out which now have been almost 2 months ago everything is fading. Chipping, watersilde all the paint is peeling off. Even his new rock guy said looks like crap really poor!! $200,000 and this is what you get!! will be action taken if this doesn't get fixed ASAP
