I visit here often and have great experiences. The Yelp review is quite low, but from reading…read morethrough them, it looks like people are commenting on their dislike that their Apple device isn't working as expected rather than reviewing their experience at this particular store which Yelp is for. The other group of people note long wait times but those appear to in general be people who didn't realize they need to make an appointment first if they want a set time. Since if they didn't then everyone would have to sit around endlessly vs just the people who didn't schedule an appointment ahead of time. Recently went in for a repair that I thought would need to be sent in based on googling, but to my surprise they resolved in on the spot in 10 minutes which was a wonderful relief. As a small business owner, also recently started working with Linda, the business consultant who has been absolutely wonderful, which I started working with her sooner. As for negative feedback on Apple Store experiences in general, not specific to this store so won't be taking points off for it.. when walking in you are typically immediately greeted by a person. This in most all other stores would be a welcome surprise. For me, I like usually walking in heading right to what I need scanning it with the iPhone app, paying instantly with Apple Pay myself and then walking out. There is almost always a rep, there however who asks to help me find what I need and or help me checkout. However, when a rep checks you out it takes a little longer since the person has to login to their device and you have to spell out your email address for receipts, etc which adds a little extra time. I imagine for the majority of customers that is a 'good' thing, and of course I could simply say I'm all set, so I think Apple's approach is probably the best, but still a first world gripe I thought I'd mention. Also prefer Apple locations not in malls, so hoping they move or open a location in the new Tuscan Village, fingers crossed.

Its a family owned business and the inside is cluttered with computer parts, cords, and hard drives but they do good work and explained and communicated well. My cost was $95 and they put all the data onto 3 CD's for me to take home. They also repair TV's, servers, networks and really anything with a computer.
