The issue came on pickup... Apparently the container was overloaded and the driver Just dumped the extra trash off the top of the load without ever making a phone call or email from the office stating I needed to correct the problem and they would reschedule the pick up. I sent an email explaining the problem to Katy the office manager and received a phone call from Dave Schiebel the owner the next morning. When I spoke to Dave and asked why there was still trash in my driveway, he informed me that "his is a high paced business and drivers have no time" there are also "very small profit margins" and "there were safety concerns about the load and didn't want to kill anyone on the highway". What I don't understand is why they didn't tarp the load or tell me I needed to fix the problem before they picked up the container. Instead they just dumped trash in my driveway... Dave Schiebel never offered an apology or to clean up my driveway. He said it was my problem to fix. Sorry to say that there are many more projects and my friends with projects that will not be using his service. Pictures attached...

Today February 19th 2025 I get a call asking me " do you still have that dumpster?" I am baffled as that job was done and paid for over FIVE MONTHS AGO. I would not use this company as this is extremely unprofessional to not only mix up your paperwork, but to lose a full container. They don't even know what's going on in their own company. I chose Arrow as they were competitive in pricing, are local, and were willing to work with my schedule. They listened to for what I was looking to use the dumpster and clearly noted to me what they can and can't take. With multiple sizes to choose from, I went with a 15 yard dumpster, to be delivered the next day. They took great care in where they placed the dumpster. I asked to have it placed on my lawn, off the top side of my driveway. The driver took great care to minimize any possible damage to the lawn. He explained everything he was planning to do, making sure I was in complete agreement. He placed boards under the rollers so as to not dig up the lawn, lowering the unit foot by foot, then inch by inch. Three days later, when my clean out was complete, I called to have it picked up the next day, maybe 75% full. I told Arrow I would not be home as I was playing in a golf tournament, which was no problem as long as they had free access to the dumpster. I came home mid-afternoon that next day and the dumpster was gone. And the winner is that I could barely tell there was a dumpster on my lawn. Barely any markings. Superb job!!!!! If you have the need for a dumpster rental, I would whole heartedly recommend Arrow Container. In fact I might have another need for a dumpster rental later in the year and will call Arrow.
