After seeing Tiger's reviews, we decided to give them a try. Unlike a few other local companies we had called, Will was extremely responsive, customer service oriented, and offered very competitive pricing. He delivered a clean, freshly painted dumpster to the house the very next day, and was completely understanding and flexible when we asked to keep it a few extra days on the back end. Plus, he was a very honest, kind, and friendly guy who responded to every text I sent in mere minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to call Tiger again for any dumpster needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. PS I just want to be clear that this isn't one of those biased personal plugs. We live way up on the Northshore and this was our very first time having to rent a dumpster down in the Saugus/Melrose/Lynnfield area. He received 2 calls from an unknown number at about 11:45am. No message was left. When they didn't show I reached out to them via messaging at almost 4. Leo called and stated that they had found a place to donate it - which I had tried to do before setting up the appointment with them. I was really happy, as the piano was still in decent condition. They also requested to pick it up a day early so they could bring it to the donation site. Because of this I wasn't able to move the piano to the driveway, as previously planned. They came and assisted getting it down the porch stairs and loaded it up. Excellent experience, friendly, and professional. I recommend this company.
