She shows up to our condo's annual meetings with little or no information and then just guesses when you ask her questions, which has usually been the wrong answer. She picks and chooses what emails she wants to respond to - mostly just ignores you. However, when you address her about it, she gives you an attitude + claims she doesn't do that...we have multiple ignored emails over the years to support. PMA does not know how to do proper accounting either. On more than one occasion, they've claimed we've owed them money and we've had to prove to them where they were wrong, yet they've failed to apologize. Wonder how many others they've told they owe money and they've just paid thinking they could trust our management company? We've been lied to, ignored, and they've asked for money from us that they were not owed.....I'd highly recommend staying away from PMA.

I put my key in the door and unlocked it the same way I always do and it was properly locked no signs of any forced entry but when I entered in I found my service dog "Nelson" laying down in the corner with his head between his paws and I knew immediately that something was very wrong because whenever I am gone for a few hours and return home he goes crazy to see me and is all excited and is happy!!! Right after I got done checking on Nelson I looked for the Salem Five Bank envelope containing $2,040.00 dollars that I had just pulled from the safe that very morning for my housing hearing and placed in a specific spot I saw it was gone from where I had just put it a few hours earlier that same day and my heart dropped and I instantly felt panicked when the combination of my dog acting strange and the money missing it was scary especially because no signs of anyone breaking in!!! I immediately called the Lenhoff management office and spoke to Cynthia and asked her who had come into my unit? She stated to me nobody had been there but she would check to make sure... I got off the phone and started flipping my place apart hoping that maybe someone moved it on me but it was definitely gone!!! I called back Cynthia again and said ok who came in to my place? She again said nobody and she had checked into it and asked the other employees and assured me nobody was there but asked me why??? I said because $2,040.00 dollars is gone and she said "Oh right, ya gotcha" and I immediately felt like she was being dishonest but I said ok let's rewind the cameras then and she stated the following to me verbatim: "So that's the thing the cameras actually do work but I can't access them because the password was changed and I can't log in so we need a tech expert to come in" My heart almost sank when she said that and I hung up and immediately got ready and went to the police station to report all of this but on my way out the back door I saw my neighbor Andy who lives directly next door with his elderly mother and I asked him if he saw anyone unusual come into the building or near my unit door and he said: Yes they came in today a couple hours ago and went in to every unit!!! I asked him who??? He said "Anna" and a pest control guy went in to all of the units including mine!!! I then bolted right to the Salem Police Department and made the report!!! The very next business day a police officer met me out front of the Lenhoff management office at 118 Lafayette Street and he went in and asked to see the camera footage and the three of us all went over to my building and the two of them (Officer Carter & Forrest Lenhoff) went down the basement to review the cameras and when they returned back upstairs where I was waiting in the hall they both just walked by me like I wasn't even there not saying anything except for Forrest said "I'm going to talk to Anna right now" but nothing else or any details of the illegal entry and now I am out of $2,040.00 and God only knows what the poisoned my pet with!!! They lied to me saying nobody had been there and about being locked out of the cameras and that pest control had came the 29th not the 30th even though it was posted that they would be there on Friday the 30th between 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM so all in all they have lied to me probably about a half dozen times easily especially if you count the fibs that Cynthia told at the hearing but when I am asking to see the footage for myself they are saying it's "Confidential" so they know that it's an employee who did it and they are attempting to avoid liability and the police department are definitely complicit in this crime based on the fact it's taken me so much effort to simply even get an officer out to review the cameras and so far several days later all I am being told is that it's "Under Investigation" if you read this in full I am swearing on my life these people are crooked and dishonest slum lords, the end!!!

If you're an engineer type like me, he'll give you a spreadsheet market analysis, if you are are more mood and feel, he will speak to that. 5) Great negotiator 6) Super punctual and responsive, we pulled off a 30-day closing window which wouldn't have been possible w/o Rich's professionalism I could go on. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!
