The tax advisers are not at all knowledgeable about New Hampshire Business Profit Tax and Business Enterprise Tax. They know very little about self employment and on-line sales. Every year, we had to go back to them because we'd get a letter from the IRS saying that something was filled out wrong. It's not as if it was just one tax adviser. It happened 6 times with 4 different advisers. Last year because of an error they made, I got a bill from the IRS asking for $127,000 for the previous year. Each time H & R block fixes the problem, but not without a lot of headaches. We were paying $750 + per year for them to give us these headaches. I'm happy to say we found a wonderful CPA in Londonderry who knows the tax laws, understand the business taxes in NH & charges us $200.00. I would definitely not recommend H&R Block in Salem, NH.
