We are a staffing service which uses a lot of data. one of our main computers was locked up and non functional. Dan responded right away and was able to get this computer working. This computer had some major system issues which Dan fixed. The email user for the computer had 100,000 emails in the active folders, along with 354 gigabytes of data. Dan was able to clean the mess up and make the computer run better than it ever has. He also setup some back up drives for some very important programs. He is very honest in the work he does unlike other computer repair companies. We have use a few companies in the past but none has even come close to the service we received from Wicked Mojo. They are very professional, responsive and have the pride in their work factor which seems to have disappeared now a days. Dan has set us up on a monitoring software which will let him know immediately if an issue arises. I highly recommend Wicked Mojo for ANY of you computer, network or security system needs.

Instead the owner, Dave, actually spent around 15 minutes on the phone talking me through what the issues could be and giving me solid advice with no expectations of anything in return. It turns out that I do actually need to bring it to him after attempting a few things myself but I feel confident that I will be treated well.

The owner Ken parked his large van in a very tight section of our street. As I I watched him leave…read morethe spot he backed into my wife's car, and I captured it on video. I tried to get his attention but he drove away. I then immediately left a message for Ken to call explaining the situation and no response all afternoon and night. Called the next morning, Ken answered and proceeded to deny that he made contact as he has 'cameras' on the car. Then I let him know I had a video of the contact and photos and he proceeded to get mad and tell me that I needed medication and hung up 2x on me. All I would expect is for an apology and to come over to look at my wife's car to make sure there was no damage. Not even an ounce of remorse from the owner of the company. I would not trust this individual with anything let alone a toner package based on this behavior in a fully branded company vehicle and as the owner.
