The two comments from 2019 are unreasonable and contain false claims; in fact they demonstrate the patience and integrity of the 2U folks with a person who is clearly unreasonable and poorly informed. We are a staffing service which uses a lot of data. one of our main computers was locked up and non functional. Dan responded right away and was able to get this computer working. This computer had some major system issues which Dan fixed. The email user for the computer had 100,000 emails in the active folders, along with 354 gigabytes of data. Dan was able to clean the mess up and make the computer run better than it ever has. He also setup some back up drives for some very important programs.
