Wish we had NEVER gotten involved with the Computer Doctor! We have had problem after problem with…read morethe computer we got from him-constantly losing info, calling him with problems and issues. Our printer stopped working after 1 month-after several messages to him, he told us it was a piece of junk-so why did he sell it to us? Constantly calling, and when I do get him, he gets very defensive and belligerent, acting as if issues are my fault. He hasn't returned my last two calls so we've given up calling him. He is insistent that icons are on my computer that just aren't there, and gets upset with me when I try to explain they're not. We've wasted well over $1200 on a computer, printer, and repairs. When I mention his name at Staples, I was told he was a quack. Really regret dealing with him. Do NOT recommend.

He agreed to match my lowest quote and he added a screen saver. His repair desk is out in the open so you can sit an watch him do the repairs. I didn't realize how much work was involved in changing out the screen on a 6S. He fixed the phone while we waited. The phone works great and I will use him for future repairs.

They also sell old and new boats at unbelievably great prices. In my experience, George's listens to the customer and then finds the perfect boat. Absolutely no forced sales or slick moves. I advised George what I was looking for in a boat and about a year later I got a call out of the blue when he found exactly what was a perfect boat for me. I wanted a tank in great shape with power that I could fish from. He found me just that. I purchased my perfect boat at a great price. Goethe's Marina employees go over and above what is normal service -it's a real throwback to one customer service in customer satisfaction was valued over all else. It is a very friendly marina with a lot of amenities nearby. I would say this is the number one marina in New England for value, customer service, and getting what you really need and not a lot of nonsense.

That same Monday, I was quoted $75 for the labor. When I brought my laptop in to be repaired, and picked up the laptop, I was charged $150. $75 for labor and another $75 for them to diagnose the issue with the laptop and for them to detect any virus on my laptop, after I told them the issue with the laptop and that the laptop has never been attached to the internet. I will not be recommending them to anyone and I will further say that the owner is a ripoff artist.
