I genuinely wanted to put it together myself but I know enough about computers to get myself into trouble. And given what I was planning on spending on custom parts and pieces to build a solid gaming computer, I figured it was not the time to experiment now. I contacted Rob and asked if he built custom PC's which he does. He dispensed some very good advice about parts he would pick for a build. I then went out and did my research and started to gather all these components together. Ended up delayed in my build plan by 6 months for personal reasons as well as waiting for the prices of the GTX 1080 Ti video card to drop. During this time, Rob would answer questions about compatibility and quality. Keep in mind that all through this, I haven't paid him a dime yet. Finally, I was able to go ahead and purchase my components. I walk into his shop with a plastic bin filled with every everything. He cataloged my parts, took pictures of them and proceeded to assemble the finest gaming computer I have ever owned. It took him a week after I dropped the parts off. The PC I have is silent, powerful and a work of art (provided you like LED displays in your gaming computer). Even after the service, Rob took time to answer my questions about hooking up some peripheral components that he did not sell me to help me put my computer Nirvana together. I truly feel that Rob is the 'expert's expert'. There was not one negative thing about this whole process with him from start to finish and I highly recommend his business if you have computer needs.
