Called a cheese pizza to go. Ready in 20 minutes. Got there in 15 and it was sitting on top of the oven. Hot and ready to go. Great! Got home in 5 minutes and my wife and I sat down with a beer to have some slices. She says " it's bland" I agree 100%. I've had a slice here before for lunch. That was much better than the pie tonight. Dry with very little taste and not a great crust. I like it thin and crispy. This was thin and sorta crispy but lacked any real flavor. TikTok told me this was the best pizza in all of south Florida. I drove here with great anticipation and excitement, expecting to be wowed. Sadly, that did not happen. The owner, Dash is a very nice man and I found him exceptionally friendly and charming, however that notwithstanding, the pizza was extremely lackluster. Perhaps because I arrived within minutes of them opening on this pleasant Sunday, they hadn't prepared fresh pizza yet. The pizza was definitely crispy, but in a stale sort of way. Being from NY and Considering myself a decent authority on tasty pizza, I can say that this pizza absolutely did not meet standards of anything even close to tasty. The sauce had no real flavor and thankfully there were an assortment of toppings to add ie; oregano, red pepper, garlic powder, etc but still that didn't really help very much. The restaurant itself is nice, some tables inside and outside. The young lady at the register was very friendly as well. Huge 'SHOUT OUT' to Chef! The menu on New Year's Day included the most delicious crab cake I've ever tasted! Hands down the best crab cake I've ever had. Perfectly golden and crunchy on the outside, unbelievably moist and flavorful on the inside--every bite was pure perfection. The balance of seasoning let the crab shine without overpowering it, and the texture was spot on. Major shout-out to the chef for absolutely nailing this dish. Been to this place 3 times now and I gotta say it's become one of my favorite local spots. Great customer service, the staff is very polite, and Fatime (one of the owners) is an absolute doll, always friendly and welcoming. It's easy to mess up Italian food but when you try their menu, you can tell they care about what they're doing. I've had the mussels and garlic bread, the spaghetti and meatballs, and the lasagna; every time it's been delicious. I'm also super picky about my pasta but it's always cooked perfectly Al dente, and everything actually has FLAVOR. The decor is super cute too, very cozy and a little romantic, what you'd expect for Italian cuisine. They also do event catering! A friend of mine had a birthday party here and we had a blast thanks to the food and staff. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. read more

Haven't ordered from this place in a few years because of a bad experience with them. So I decided to give them a shot again boy was out a mistake, ordering a simple large pizza and a steak and cheese and it took over an hour and a half to get delivery When calling I was told there's traffic in the area. I literally live 10 minutes away, but I was told the food would arrive warm well the food arrived. Anything but steak sandwich was cold. Unfortunately, the food has gone downhill with higher prices and bad, slow service. This was one of my faves and it just went to hell. Yesterday the waitress was terrible, got the orders wrong for someone with a food allergy, served the pasta with meatballs when sausage was ordered, and overcharged for 2 salads. We couldn't get our bill to pay and waited forever for it. The owner came outside to speak with us and said he was going inside to straighten this out and of course, did NOTHING!!!! Note: I do not eat dairy so my score is based on my soup and meatballs along with the service. I ordered pasta fajjole soup and it was very good. Meatballs were decent too, with the sauce being more savory than sweet (personally, I do not like sweet tomato sauce). The hiccup - the large group was more than what one waitress could handle especially with some ongoing issue with the electronic ordering system. Not all food ordered was brought out at first. The waitress wrote out all of our orders on one ticket and then broke them out for us afterwards...and that got really messed up even she went around the table to see whose orders were together. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! My daughter and I went into this place for the first time and were severely disappointed. Not only were we not greeted. We just stood at the counter for 5 minutes until finally I asked if we could be seated and the rude lady at the phone. Told me, I could "sit over there" like I was supposed to already know. My daughter ordered a pizza and I ordered lasagna. After several minutes the waitress told me that is was going to take awhile on my lasagna. Like she wanted me to cancel my order. I said OK and then my daughter's pizza came out greasy and burnt. After about an hour and half I finally asked my lasagna to be boxed up because I just wanted to get out of there. She boxed it up and when I got home it was flat and stuck to the bottom of box. All staff was rude as well except the very pleasant teenager who was apologetic and reflled out drinks a few times. Buyer Beware! Have been getting take out from here for years and it's always been hit or miss for order accuracy, but it has markedly deteriorated in the last six months. I would say you have a 30% chance of getting what you order. I want to make clear it is NOT the fault of the people taking the orders. The problem lies with the cooks inability to read the order and lack of oversight of the product going out. They will replace or give credit, which is fine once or twice, but when it's every order it ceases to excuse the problem. Food is good in the unlikely event you get what you ordered. read more

Cannot say enough good about this family run hidden gem! We called a few days ahead for a group of hungry hockey kids and families to try to find a spot for a team dinner, and Lantana Pizza seriously nailed it for us! The food was beyond delicious, and the service was top notch. While the restaurant was hosting a large party inside, they set us up perfectly outside, and worked extremely hard to make ordering and paying as easy as possibly for this size of a group (60 of us). The pizza was better than some we have had in NY, and the pasta dinners were on point! We will go back again next trip down, and cannot thank the staff enough for providing us with such a great night! read more

In town just for the night, Lantana's Pizza sounded interesting. So I stopped in to check it out. I was seated right away & waited on fast. Ordered the steak and cheese sandwich. It came with in a reasonable amount of time. It was hot & a huge sandwich. Really delicious!!! The fries were good also. It was a great idea to go there. Very pleased with the steak and cheese sandwich. Would definitely order that again if in the area again. I also ordered a yuengling beer, 1/2 Way thru a gnat made it in to the glass with the beer, they replaced it for me without any problems. Very happy with the service & atmosphere.
