That excitement got squashed as I was ushered into this dark back hallway at the mobile phone store. There in the hall is a pegboard wall displaying small cable and electronics parts. They didn't have what I needed, but if you're looking for a DB-9 or coax connector, a diode or small capacitor, a bit of flux wire or small resistors, they might have what you need. You'll need to look for yourself without help from the staff... they have no idea what the stuff on this wall is! I had hoped there would be an ability to order electronic components from a database or catalog, but if they have that capability, the staff is unaware of it.
