Specifically, there was something under our roof that did not belong there. My brother swears by House Doctor Exterminating and many family members have been working with David for many years. He has a longstanding trusted business for a reason and now I can speak to that first-hand (even though this was not a club I wanted to belong to). David and some of his crew members have been extremely responsive to our situation and while we have not yet caught the rodent, we have a solid plan in place to do so as well as a plan to make sure the house is safe from any rodents moving forward. Thanks for the timely communication, David. Thanks also specifically to Isaac who sent me a video on how to move a trap on my own because I was a bit scared to do so! If you are in need of this type of service, don't hesitate to call David / House Doctor Exterminating.

We requested a quote for termite treatment. We originally heard about this company from a web…read moresearch and I found the highest recommendations on NextDoor and Yelp. We looked up the website and the information on it aligned with our needs. We chose the 5 yr warranty and set up the appointment for the following week. When the appointment day arrived, the termite tech arrived at the scheduled time and he started with the outdoor inspection followed by an indoor inspection. He came up with a plan for treatment and he trenched the perimeter of the home. He was all done in less than 4 hours. The treatment is in the ground and it can take up to 90 days for termite trails to stop. The work was thorough and clean. The information given throughout the process was easy to understand. We give our highest recommendation to this company.

During that visit, he mentioned they also offer bird prevention services, so I asked for an estimate and scheduled another appointment. Tyler did an excellent job installing bird spikes and mesh to prevent unwanted nests. He did mention that birds might relocate to another area, and he was right. When that happened, he returned for a third visit to address the new issue. Tyler is a true professional. He knows what he's doing, works carefully and thoroughly, and always cleans up after the job. At this point, this is my go-to company for any bee, bird, or pest-related issues.

Update after 4 months of service for mosquitoes and no-see-ums (biting midges)…read more "I am amazed at how well the treatment has been and continues to work on our property. For several years after moving here I tried everything (all the DIY techniques to no avail) but we still had to put on ceadercide repellent, etc. everyday to avoid getting bit. That is a pain in the butt and always on mind if need to put on more after a few hours for prime time in early evening, etc. Ever since Skyler started treating our home I nor anyone in my family no longer get bit and before we were getting bit constantly. It's like these biters no long exist in and around our entire property, front and back. We never ever have to put any type of repellent on and do not have to bother with all the gimmicks. I wish I found Bills Pest Termite Control and Skyler several years ago when first moved here. One thing about that is though, I now have proof to compare just how effective their treatment is. Total game changer, and there has been no harm to all the wildlife that visit our yard everyday. I have used other pest control for mosquitoes, etc. in another state lived in before and helped a little but would still have to put on repellent. I did not expect the treatment to work as well as it has due to past experiences, just hoping to at least lower the numbers of bites, etc. But Skyler at Bills Pest Termite Control has completely obliterated these biters, they no longer even seem to exist on our property, even after all the rain recently. If they happen fly in on our property that is the end of them. My family and I are in total awe!!!"
