I was pleased to see that the ladies in here, although different salespeople from years ago, were still friendly and not snobby at all. I walked in quite late one evening (after 8pm) and was greeted and helped to look at several different purses. The salesperson listened to what my needs were and showed we several purses in the realm of what I was looking for. She didn't go for the most expensive or stuff that I obviously wouldn't use, she actually listened... it was a good shopping experience, which is rare for me! I didn't end up purchasing here, but I was impressed with their attitude. The salesperson said that I shouldn't settle which is true. So, I kept on looking. I appreciated her candor and will always make Kate Spade a part of my shopping for purses, wallets, and other lovely accessories in the future.

On my last trip to the store, I was looking for a dress to wear for a particular occasion, they REALLY pushed me to buy the most expensive dress in the line, which wouldn't have been a problem, if only it had been flattering on me. They kept telling me how great it was, and it's hard to not believe it when you are the only customer in the store and all three ladies are telling you it's flattering. When I got home and tried it on my own, I realized it made me look like a sausage. Why couldn't they just be honest? So what if I didn't buy that particular dress and bought the more flattering, cheaper one? I would have trusted them much more. Needless to say, I returned it. 2. I have found that the prices at the KS store are higher than at Neiman's and sometimes Saks. It isn't that the prices are generally different, but the styles go on sale up to 2 months before at the large department stores. So if you buy shoes/a dress/accessories midway through the season (not at the end), you may get up to 40% off by just buying it from Neiman's. Like I said, this store is adorable, and most other times everyone has been incredibly helpful, but I'm not sure this is going to be my first stop for Kate Spade anymore.

We normally don't do that but we figured it was a quick exchange and we'd be out the door quickly. I was in awe to see how huge the store and the selection of merchandise! If you compare it to Cavender's in Pasadena I definitely wouldn't go back. Boot Barn has a Carhartt section, plethora of boots, hats, clothing and more! Ignacio greeted us as soon as he saw us and immediately offered help. He was very assisting and even went to the back stockroom to check for us. If you're looking for a variety of rodeo Western clothing, Boot Barn is worth checking out.

She walked the aisles with me helping me to find the perfect boot. once i found the boot that i liked, they didn't have it in my size, so Rose looked high and low, even checked the backroom if they had any, after no success, she got on two different phones and called two different other locations to see if they had my size, one location on the other side of town had a step up, so Rose asked them to hold on to them till the end of the day. Then Rose mentioned to me, that she wanted to check one other area in her store, and she found them for me, she took a lot of time in making an effort to find exactly what I wanted, and in the end it was a success. The only flaw I experience on this visit was when I ask a question about exchanging the stone only the stone with the ring not the product itself but maybe you sometime later I will probably want to switch out the stone for the month of October birth months. it is the only month that have two birthstones. I asked her the tool that she used to secure the stone in the ring. Would it be the same tool to remove it a simple yes or no would have done great but she gave me about half a dozen answers that did not answer the question she was like where is your ring? You could do what you want. I did not sense attitude with this answer, but I'm fully aware of that and that is not what I asked. After a few back-and-forth, I finally got an answer which made the experience a little awkward. But nonetheless, I'm really happy with my purchase. This was my second year purchasing something with Kendra Scott and my third overall item. My first item was a Watch band for my Apple Watch. The second item was the birthday 25% off necklace, which I had buyer remorse with that I never wear. It is in the original packaging with the original tags and the same box that I got it last year and they have the same offer as before, but they kind of tweet the necklace a little bit last year it was tiny hearts around a necklace that's kind of like a choker this year is no hearts. They're just like little circle ovals I wish I could exchange it for something else which I do understand some of the reviews how someone will feel a bit taken.

My mother, my ten year old daughter and I decided to check this place out after having an early Mother's Day lunch down the street. When we walked in the door we were greeted first by a dog who barked at us. We aren't allergic and he didn't seem mean, so not that big of a deal. Then we are greeted by the owner. Seemed nice enough... Until she proceeded to follow us around the entire store as if we were questionable characters who might steal her entire store. When I say she followed us everywhere, I am not exaggerating. It was incredibly uncomfortable and highly offensive. We're not some seedy looking bunch so I'm not too sure why she felt the need to be so intrusive. We decided we'd had enough and the second we walked out. My mom and I both looked at each other and said, "Was she seriously just following us from room to room?!? How rude!" Unless or until a customer gives you reason to believe that they may be up to no good, it is completely unacceptable to treat them as suspect. And not to be rude (or of it IS rude, I frankly don't care after that experience), but there's not a single thing in that store that I would even care to have... Much less get arrested for!
