I ordered a Carhartt jacket late online for my husband at our local Boot Barn. I was impressed that not only did it get delivered in the morning as promised, but how it arrived on my doorstep nicely gifted! My husband decided to exchange the jacket at the store for a different size. We walked in 20 mins before close and the staff were so friendly. We normally don't do that but we figured it was a quick exchange and we'd be out the door quickly. I was in awe to see how huge the store and the selection of merchandise! If you compare it to Cavender's in Pasadena I definitely wouldn't go back. Boot Barn has a Carhartt section, plethora of boots, hats, clothing and more! Ignacio greeted us as soon as he saw us and immediately offered help. He was very assisting and even went to the back stockroom to check for us. Needed a pair of Steel Toe Boots for work, and Special Thanks to Rose at Humble Boot Barn, I got the perfect pair now for work. 07.23.22 Rose went over and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of steel toe work boots for me. Best Customer Service Ever. She walked the aisles with me helping me to find the perfect boot. once i found the boot that i liked, they didn't have it in my size, so Rose looked high and low, even checked the backroom if they had any, after no success, she got on two different phones and called two different other locations to see if they had my size, one location on the other side of town had a step up, so Rose asked them to hold on to them till the end of the day. Then Rose mentioned to me, that she wanted to check one other area in her store, and she found them for me, she took a lot of time in making an effort to find exactly what I wanted, and in the end it was a success. I went to have my hat fitted. While I was there Patrick suggested I also have it shaped. I really enjoyed learning a lot about hats as he worked on mine. If you want to shop for something here don't bother if you need to use the facilities. Apparently open for business does not mean they will allow you to use their restroom. Understand that you are close to closing time but after asking 3 different associates I was denied access. So while my husband was ready to shop and spend over $300, they couldn't accommodate me. I even asked the cashier if she was willing to lose this sale and she just replied that there was nothing she could do. It sounds more like they were not willing to. With other options in the area we will go spend our money elsewhere. read more

We went in today about an hour before closing to check out hats for my fiancé to wear for our wedding, Patrick helped us at checkout and helped us by reshaping the hat even though it was close to closing time. Worst service ever! We went in to get a pair of boots. We were treated less than. Needless to say we won't be going to another boot barn again. If you are looking for boots in the Humble area, go to down the road to the other boot store that starts with a C and you will be very satisfied and the customer service makes bootbarn look like crap! read more

After some searching at Cavenders, I finally found a pair of boots here at Boot Barn. A great selection and variety of women's boots (mens as well), but not as organized as their competitor. The only sizes they have are out on display, stacked on shelves. I had to dig around, and ended up not finding my size in 2 pair I REALLY liked. Settled for another nonetheless. I had to track someone down to help me, as there weren't exactly a ton of sales persons on the floor. Once I did however, she was very helpful. I think a little frustrated with me, since I kept asking for different sizes, locations who would have them, etc. But isn't that part of the job? Anyhow, she stayed pretty friendly. Very large store, with a large selection. Definitely lower prices than some other stores, and a lot more 'sale' tags. The ones I bought were not on sale of course! I'd come back for more rodeo season must-haves. read more

Husband needed items for a funeral. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Husband wanted a new hat and Patrick graciously helped him pick one out and shaped it for him. Nice guy, very respectful. My only complaint I have with Boot barn is I'm a very big busted woman and they're not very accomadting for us plus size ladies when it comes to shirts and dresses. read more

Selection, selection, selection - this place has it! Whether you're looking for work boots or some to go dancing in, the selection here is outstanding. Came here for a new pair of boots that could be daily wearers, and walked out in 15 minutes with exactly that. Prices are within budget - you get what you pay for, and the customer service was pretty good. Friendly folks offering to help, and quickly rung up and out the door. Thanks! read more

Left without buying anything because there was no one to help! Wanted to get two pairs of boots, found the style I wanted but not the right size. I wandered around the store looking for help for two full laps of the store but never saw a staff member except the two people checking out the line at the register. I got tired of trying and left. read more

Will avoid Boot Barn in the future. Had a $20 item to return, unopened, never used, with original receipt. I was 32 days from purchase date. Lady behind counter said their policy is 30 days, period. I asked if I could have in store credit instead since I would be buying additional items. Rudely, she said no, you can't make a return outside of 30 days. Too bad for them, I would have spent more with additional purchases. Will never go to Boot Barn again. Cavender's just down the street has a much friendlier staff and a great selection. read more

I had a somewhat wonderful experience, very helpful staff at the time of finding My size in jeans. However at the time of check out, I remembered I forgot an item that I was going to exchange in my vehicle, I asked the cashier if I could run to my car and get it quickly, before she could answer another employee Mara, barged in and said "I cannot let you back in the store" and went on about security reasons and how they needed to shut down. I completely understand but I believe she could've said it in a better way and be more accommodating given that I spent hundreds in that store together with my brother. This is a work wear store and sometimes people have no choice but to go after work and buy what they need. I don't like to compare but I have been to other stores and they are amazing, they sell the same merchandise as here but what makes a difference is the service. Overall I am not pleased with the service here. read more

Good selection of boots. Purchased mine from here. I think the pricing is about the same as the other boot store up the road. The employees are helpful and friendly. Disappointed that much of everything else, including clothing, in this store is made in China. read more
