They don't inform you when other buyers are interested in a vehicle or if a car has already been sold, displaying a complete disregard for your busy lifestyle. He lacked knowledge about the cars and couldn't answer my questions when I first inquired about a specific model. During the test drive, he only demonstrated two out of three driving modes and incorrectly stated that there were only two. Honestly, I should have just purchased the car online myself, as the salesperson seemed unnecessary. Reception answers the phone like you just woke them up at 3am . That's your first red flag After visiting the dealership three times, I was assured my salesperson would be present, but he never showed up. When the car I wanted finally arrived, I put down a deposit since I was going out of town and wanted to secure it. However, they made it difficult to hold the vehicle over the weekend, despite my clear communication about being away. They bombarded me with calls and texts during my trip, insisting on a quick turnaround. When Monday came, I returned early from my travel because they wouldn't hold the car beyond that day. Their priority was clearly to sell cars rather than build meaningful relationships with customers. Despite being a loyal Lexus customer since I was 17 year old , they showed little regard for my history. I had heard warnings about Range Rover and now understand why. Their lack of focus on customer service and relationship-building is disheartening. The showroom itself reflects this neglect, lacking even simple resources like color booklets or live examples of the vehicles. Often, the cars displayed aren't even available. In my attempt to secure financing, I encountered further frustrations. Although I have a history of paying for my vehicles in full and excellent credit , they refused to approve me for a lease, citing my last financing experience was over 7 years ago. Even after bringing in my older sister to cosigner, who had financed 2 g-wagons and a Range Rover, they still denied my application. They blamed the bank for not approving both of us but I think they probably had another buyer who they might of gave them a higher lease number . Overall, I wasted months dealing with this dealership, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay Away !!! the reviews aren't lying. To add insult to injury, my salesperson accidentally sent a text intended for the manager directly to me, showcasing just how incompetent they truly were... the text was about me ! When booking, I was informed the rim repair would require multiple days and that a loaner vehicle would be provided, which is why I accepted an appointment date three weeks out. What Happened: Upon arrival, I met with my service advisor, Sheena Aviles. Despite having reserved a loaner weeks in advance, I encountered unexpected resistance about actually receiving one. The explanation changed multiple times: First, I was told that because it was two days before Christmas, I'd be stuck with a smaller vehicle over the long weekend When I said that was acceptable, I was then told they had limited loaners available After speaking with management, a larger loaner suddenly became available Additional Concerns: Two other issues arose during my visit: There was a claim that I hadn't mentioned the rim repair when scheduling (only the inspection), which contradicted the fact that a multi-day loaner had been reserved for what would otherwise be a one-hour inspection The dealership stated they don't accept the wheel and tire protection plan I purchased from Land Rover Huntington, despite my understanding that these plans should be honored at any Land Rover dealership nationwide. I was asked to pay $250 upfront for the rim repair, with management citing a two-week reimbursement wait time as the reason My Perspective: This experience, unfortunately, was not an isolated incident for me at this location. I found the service approach to be inconsistent and the customer communication to be frustrating. I would like to start out by saying I had the worst experience with the service department, most specifically Mark Hazelwood. I have been a customer since 2020 when I purchased my first range rover, and my second in 2025. This will be the last time I ever purchase a range over again. The service department is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been driving Mercedes and BMW all my life and have always been treated so well when I take my car to service. I have never felt disrespect like this in my life. You expect to make a big purchase and be treated with care- at least a little respect. However Mark Hazelwood was nasty, unhelpful, and would not LOOK UP at me as I spoke. He did not take his eyes off his computer. When my daughter and I walked out of his office, he proceeded to laugh at us through the glass with the parts manager, Baskim Dervisi discriminating against us because we are females acting as if we don't know anything. Went in about 15 months ago to purchase a new vehicle and after sitting w sales person for an hour and building our new vehicle I was told that the actual price would be 10 k over the list price shown on screen. The sales manager came over to explain that they have limited supply and the market price was over list by the 10k. I walked out and went across the street and bought a new BMW I7 . Poor service from the service department. It Indicated on my invoice that my Key Fob battery was repaced. I got a low battery warning after a few months. Brought it back to the service department and I was told that the battery was not repaced. I asked---why did it note on the invoice that the battery was replaced ? I was then charged $16.91 for a CR2032 lithium battery that should have cost no more than $3.00. I simply just have an "uneasy" feeling about this service department. read more

I purchased a Range Rover sport a little over a month ago and I've had issues from the beginning. The car was supposed to be delivered detailed all the scratches and rims were supposed to be fixed instead the car was delivered filthy scratched and with 3 of the 4 rims needing repair. They gave us a loaner which was fine even though it was a smaller less expensive model than we had purchased and finally fixed everything after a week and a half after multiple follow up emails. Fast forward to today my temporary registration is currently expired and they emailed me 2 days before the temporary expiration saying there were more forms to be signed and somehow we slipped through the cracks but they would pay the ticket if I get pulled over. Forms were filled out immediately and overnighted to them but they can't be bothered to answer the phone or respond to emails updating me on the status. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and unreliable I'm now stuck with a car that I can't drive because I'm not taking a chance on being pulled over with my children in the car and getting impounded. Was about to put a down payment on my car when miraculously someone was willing to put 5k more on the vehicle that's been on the lot for a few weeks already. The salesman text me to put the down payment on credit card and I told him that as soon as I left my office I would call to make the payment. He has the fall to tell me someone just offered 5k more. Such criminals. Please be aware that I went last week for the same car and he told me it was sold already. This is after he told me to come in for the car because he had a better deal for me. I get there and he tried selling me a different vehicle. He text me this afternoon a week later that the deal didn't go through. Yeah right. It was never going through in the first place. I had a great experience purchasing my Range Rover at Land Rover Freeport last year! The car is exactly what I wanted, black with black and red seats, and the process was smooth. Alex Q is very patient and knowledgeable about each car in their inventory, and is a genuine, good guy. He gave me a nice long test drive to see how I like the car and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied! Geoffrey in finance was great as well, low pressure, full transparency, no bs and just simply a big help in finalizing the paperwork to take home my Range Rover. The service department is great too! The loaner cars are clean and are typically quickly available for customers. Sam H is my service advisor and he is extremely knowledgeable, and takes as much time as needed to explain the issue with your vehicle, how it can be fixed, and about how long it will take. I always receive lots of call and text updates from Sam as well. Just the other day my backup camera wouldn't appear on the screen, I stopped by the dealership without an appointment and they quickly jumped in my car and fixed it in 15 mins! I have dealt with a number of luxury car dealerships in the past, and had mostly positive experiences, but Jaguar/Land Rover Freeport definitely takes the cake. This was my second F-type R Jaguar coupe leased at Freeport,which,l supposed should have made me a good customer. AWD failed on my second F-type after just several months, and a few thousand miles. Whether this was a factory assembly error,or poor maintenance at JLR Freeport,it's a moot point. It shouldn't have happened. l made a service appointment; the mechanic who test drove the car knew something was wrong. We take our trucks here for service and haven't really had any issues. Facilities is always clean, employees have always been nice, they greet you the moment you walk in (service area). They are a bit pricey as to be expected with a dealership, and they are also a bit slower than we normally anticipate. We took both of our trucks in for check engine light, the fee was $292 per truck, we told them we would be waiting since they have both of our vehicles. A few hours later my husband decided to check the status only to learn that they would have to keep the trucks overnight because they were backed up. We took one of our vehicles out of service and left the other since this would not have worked for us. Again the service advisors were nice but this really should have been communicated at the time we made the appointment so that we could have planned differently. GREAT experience. Michael Fiore was our salesperson and was fantastic. Jahcorie Norworthy (delivery specialist) was professional and very receptive to any questions my wife and I had about our vehicle. I do not remember the finance persons name, but we had a pleasant experience with him also. Another review stated you need to wear expensive clothes to be treated properly. I DISAGREE. I was wearing an OLD sweatshirt and sweatpants. My wife and I were treated with courtesy, professionalism and felt like valued customers from beginning to end. I have no opinion about service department YET. I hope my future experiences with service will prove those negative reviews to be false also. read more

Once my name was not in the system ( I bought it through a third party dealer), the attitude changed to no availability of appointment, extended time to repair, absence of loaners. update: I'm adjusting my review as once the manager became aware of the issue after seeing my feedback yesterday it was quickly escalated and the work on my car was completed same day and they were nice enough to wash it and drop it off at my home. ========== I made an appointment to take my car in on Friday June 3rd for a factory recall related to the gas tank and was told that my car would be ready on Monday June 6th. I called back on June 6th and was told that they have not had a chance to work on my car yet. I called back on June 7th and was told that they are still very busy and won't be able to work on my car until June 8th and it will take 2 days of work so it won't be ready until Friday June 10th. On the recall letter from the manufacturer it states that it only takes 2 hours to perform the work for the recall and not the 2 days of work the branch is claiming. No loaner car was provided so I am without a car for one whole week and not even sure if it will be ready by then. Extremely poor customer service and complete lack of honesty. read more

All my interactions with Jimmy was greeted with a smile which always set the tone for me and made the process comfortable, He was patient, attentive and always there to answer any questions that I had. Leading up to the day of my purchase he made the process seamless, I have had leases in my past but never experienced the diligent nature and the follow ups that Jimmy put forth. The day I got my vehicle, I felt good about it, his team in addition was super friendly and attentive as well. I didn't feel bombarded or overwhelmed, there wasn't any fine print or pops ups (I have experienced that before) that I'm questioning or trying to figure out, I had no surprises. Do not expect a loaner, rental car or even for them take any responsibility in getting you home. Hi my name is Patrick Nur I Brought my car in for service on 12-14-2021 to the Land Rover Freeport in Longisland I spoke to Donna the manager she told me she did not have a loaner car available for me so she will pay for a rental car for me for up too $75 a day so I agreed to leave the car at the dealership and get a rental car when my car was done with service Sam Haidary called me and told me to pick up my car on 12-20-2021 and he said bring the bill from enterprise we will take care of it when I came in to pick up my car Donna told Sam not to pay for the rental car that she agreed to pay for in the beginning when I asked her why she turned her back and walked away from me then she instructed one of her service advisors to call the police on me I was with my 6 year old son he started crying every day my son wakes up and ask me dad why did that lady say call the police on you for nothing and that breaks my heart he was traumatized by Donnas words and when I think back about that situation all I could think is what did Donna want to happen to me that made her say call the police on him for just asking questions I feel Donna needs to be fired immediately she is not a leader and should not be working at this dealership she wants people arrested for asking questions that is wrong. read more
