Left bolt was appropriately placed to hold together the turbo. Bolt on the right is aftermarket and wrong size.

WORST PEOPLE EVER. These guys will take your hard earned cash , sell you a car with glaring mechanical issues and laugh in your face when you demand accountability. Ignored my call for 3 days when I found out through my BMW dealership that they sold me a vehicle with a compromised engine ( turbo had a Frankenstein hack job done to it during their possession of the car ). I added a photo of two completely different screws - the black one has no business being anywhere near the turbo , and yet there it was. I also added a video I had a certified BMW technician take for me explaining and showing exactly the total recklessness and absurd standards South Shore Mitsubishi apparently endorses to make a quick buck. When I did get any type of response , the sales manager Khan , essentially diminished my concerns and questions. He didn't take any type of responsibility and deflected from the very beginning DESPITE the VIN history and current evidence. He simply shifted the blame and ignored the facts. "Unprofessional " would be a wild understatement to characterize his approach to this situation. These are professional scammers. Check out their Better Business Bureau reviews and see for yourself. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR, FAR away.

Threats from South Shore Mitsubishi. Started to transfer registration prior to purchase, retained driver license.

Amazingly enough, after reading my review, professional scumbag "general manager" Keith - who thinks that no one reads reviews - is now massively concerned about my review, and is making statements to "make (me) take it down". Not going to work that way, Keith. Wouldn't have to be this way if you conducted business with an ounce of integrity. Saying things like "it's sales" is trash... it's not sales, it's lies and deception to enrich yourself. Don't come at us with threats. Also, amazing how you could produce his Driver License MOMENTS after he signed to purchase this lemon, but he would have to "wait until Monday" to get it otherwise. You had to "call someone back" for that? Nah, bro, you're a liar. I was on the phone with him at the time, encouraging him to call the police for retention of his identification. Additionally, in all of my years of buying vehicles? Not a single dealership, even the sketchiest of used car dealers, was transferring a registration prior to a purchase agreement, and sure as heck didn't tap my credit 7 times, and never once before I even got to test drive a vehicle. Posting the receipts of your lies here, Keith. Ball in your court.

I returned the third day having obtained insurance and other records. When I arrived the female manager told me they were "giving" me the extended warranty. When I read the contracts there was a line item for $2,000 for the extended warranty and the price of the vehicle was now $10,800 making my $7,995 car $12,800. I said "who asked for the extended warranty?" She told me "The finance company requires it because it's an older vehicle, and they find that when people are paying for repairs, they don't make payments" I said "Ok that's the most absurd thing I've ever heard, but let's table that for the moment, let's move to the price". They looked confused, they said "the price was $11,500 we knocked it down to $10,800 for you" They showed me on online listing for $11,500. I pointed to the salesman who I had seen 2 days earlier and confirmed the price with and he looked like a deer in the headlights and kept his head down mostly. I went outside to clear my head. I went into my email and found the actual listing for $7995. Then I called the finance company who told me that they would not require someone to purchase an extended warranty. I put the finance company on speakerphone and went back into the dealership. "The manager went into the bosses glass walled office for 2 seconds and came back out and said to me "Oh, you're right they don't require the extended warranty on THAT vehicle". I said "no, no.... They don't require it on ANY vehicle so let's not do that". Then I pulled up the actual listing on my phone for $7,995 and presented that. I really needed the vehicle or else I would have just walked out in the first 2 minutes. Finally, they removed the $2000 extended warranty and changed the price back to $7,995. I'd say if you wanna buy a car here, just be careful and don't let them bully you. If you want to buy a car there, let me know and I'll go with you. This place is why car lots will soon be a thing of the past and online models like Carvana, and Carmax, along with independent car brokers will be the norm sooner rather than later. One star here is ok, because I do like the car. The front headlight is out which they offered to fix, but, how do you sell a car with a headlight out ? Whacky stuff. At the end of the day I got what I wanted. Here's the thing though, which they will never understand unfortunately, I brought someone with me that day, who is looking to purchase a used car for their 16 year old son. When we walked in, he picked up a business card, when All this was going down, he put the business card back!! See, if you just operate honestly, your business will grow, when you don't, it shrinks... that's just the facts. They effectively turned 2 repeat customers into 0 repeat customers in one hour. I hope someone there learns this lesson at some point. Also, if you just put the price of the car on the vehicle while it's on the lot... but they don't so they can manipulate the price whenever they feel like it.

If you look at the pictures, go to the VERY LAST photo and the ID tag is affixed to a gray painted body of the truck - it's not red like the rest of the vehicle. So they got ALL the pictures wrong EXCEPT for the last one????? 2. Good luck finding the actual cost of the vehicle before taxes, etc. Sure, they list a MONTHLY PAYMENT amount but not the price of the vehicle. 3. If you do find the actual price of the vehicle - don't forget you MUST add-in all of this crap: "The advertised price does not include tax, title, registration, tags, finance charges, documentation charges, emissions testing charges, extended service contracts, complete care, $1, 695 Lojack system, any additional pre-equipped products and/or costs incurred to the vehicle. Please note that the internet special pricing reflects a partial down payment of $3,199 or the trade equivalent." I mean, really???!!! Talk about sticking it to the customer!! $1,695 for Lojack - which, by the way, you'll need to pay a monthly fee to use. Now if you somehow do find a price on-line, don't forget this beauty of a fee: "internet pricing reflects a partial DOWN PAYMENT of $3,200..." Yeah, that's right. If you don't have this, add it to your price!!! Sooooo many red flags. I cannot the BBB isn't blowing up with complaints (like the one I submitted). Seriously folks, you can verify everything I'm saying by going to their website and looking at a vehicle. I feel sorry for anyone who uses them....

They listed a car for $20,691 in one ad and $19,995 in another, but in order to receive the advertised price, you must agree to pay $1,600 of completely bogus fees. They tried to charge me $700 delivery charge, when the car I was interested was actually the owner's vehicle. The other $900 fee is to detail the car and prepare it for sale... which anyone selling a car has to do to prepare it for sale condition anyway. Even when I agree to pay their bogus fees, they then said the only way one can receive the advertised price is to finance through them at a minimum of 12% APR, for which one does not qualify unless they have a 760 credit score!!! lol With any score under 760, according to the owner, the rate can be 15% or higher!!! After checking my credit, they told me I have 660 credit score, which I know for a fact is above 700... when asked to fax me a copy of my credit report that I authorized them to check, the owner replied to not tell him how to run his business and that the only way I can get a copy is to drive to their dealership (which is over 1 hour from me)... apparently they have not graduated to the fax/electronic age! Anyone seriously thinking of buying a car from them, think twice, three times, and four times.... they will rip you off on every step with shady math, hidden fees, and dishonest advertising. In addition, owner and salesperson were rude and act like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. I would avoid this dealership by a 3 block radius!

The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy.
