The outdoor tables under umbrellas just across from the restaurant looked really pleasant and luckily there was one free table - the restaurant was quite busy and packed inside and out and it's the first place that asked us if we had a reservation. We had spicy potatoes, shrimps, pimento peppers, gyoza and flan. Must say that this is the best flan I had in Madrid, creamy and tender but not mushy (and the most reasonably priced at just 3+ euros). The restaurant seems to be part of a hostel next door and the inside dining room is big and quite elaborately decorated. Still on a nice sunny day it's definitely preferable to sit outdoors especially as this is a pedestrian plaza with no traffic.

About aprox. 2 years ago, the owner sold the restaurant and a different one was put in place of it. However, they decided to keep the name of the restaurants as well as all the excellent reviews it had in apps like yelp and trip advisor. While it could be a bit unfair to compare, as it is a completely different restaurant, in which only the name of it remained, the restaurant now has cheaper prices than the original one from years ago, but the ingredients are even cheaper, so in reality, the quality to prize ratio got a massive negative impact.
