This is such a great to go place. What I like about this place is upon walking in you'll see a variety of already made trays on a table that you can grab and go. The prices range from $10 to $20 trays of food. If you want smaller portion they are kept up front closer to the cashier, or you can simply let a worker know and they can whip something up in the back. Being a non-speaking Vietnamese customer, I was very afraid to step into the shop to order some trays of food for my party, not knowing what I was in store for. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the owners whom helped me out big time. I had no clue what to order and how much to order. They were very honest with me and even told me what they thought was too much or a better deal to get. I wanted to get the fried chicken with fish sauce. Luckily, I was able to get it on the spot with just a small wait of 15 minutes. They also put in a tray of salad for me on the spot as well. Vi, who is the owner's daughter, was such a doll. She went above and beyond to help me out and even gave me future advice on how I can order on the phone with her or someone that speaks English that comes in on the weekends. They even helped me carry it to my car and helped me arrange how to travel with the food in my car. I walked in super nervous, but walked out so thankful and happy to have purchased from them. The chili sate is spicy and they gave me a pepper that is actually spicy, which is a plus. What I didn't like was the noodles.
