Our pourer (Chantal) was very friendly and informative. - 2022 Akina rosé - marechal foch grapes. Rosé was supposed to be dry, didn't taste so. - 2021 Riesling - smooth, velvety texture on the mouth. Not too sweet. Bought a bottle ($28.61) for home. - 2022 The flirty 3 - blend of three whites. Sweetest of the whites we tried. - 2018 Merlot - light on tannins, a touch smoky. - 2020 Cabernet franc - bolder flavour, but more tannins. Still one of my favourite organic wineries.

Also, don't expect to receive tastings of anything other than what is strictly on the menu. Even if you are interested in a particular bottle and would like to try it, you most likely won't get to taste it. Another thing to note, don't expect wine tasting to be an "experience." Everywhere flys through the tastings. The experience showed me how grateful I am living in California and just a couple hours from Paso Robles.
