Tucked away just off the highway in a large strip mall, this place is definitely worth hitting up in Kelowna. Don't let the plain exterior fool you. Parking is available directly in front of the restaurant. Plenty of spots. The inside is quite classy, and looks great. There is a covered patio as well. Special mention to this area. The food looked pretty decent, though I didn't try. Staff were friendly and attentive. The beer flights (5 in total) here are pretty decent overall. The ones that stuck out for me were the Red Head Lager and the Brownstone Ale. As the name suggests, the beer is made in house. Recommended.

Needed a quick place for dinner and found Freddy's on Yelp. Decided to give it a try and ended up going back for brunch the next day. The service was spot on, friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic. Between the 4 of us that visited (over the 2 days) we tried the Drunken Dog, Taco Salad, Quesadilla's, Chicken Cali Wrap, a couple burgers. So good. The beer was AMAZING. I'm no beer expert but this beer was some of the tastiest and smoothest beer I've ever had. We ended up taking 3 growlers of the Red Headed Lager and 2 of the Honey Ridge Ale back to Calgary with us. What a treat. Can't wait to go back to Kelowna and bring our Growlers for a refill.

Redheaded Lager, one of the best beers I've had. Hard to beat. The food, great pub food. Service? Excellent. A great gem in east Kelowna. And hey... You can also get drunk and bowl!! Lots of tv's for sports events, good music, great food, great prices, great service. Have been back twice this week.

Not a bad place. 7 or 8 tvs, different sports on. Nice place to go after work have a couple drinks and a snack, or have a bite before or after a movie. The food isn't anything spectacular, but it isn't bad. It's definitely better than what I expected it to be considering its attached to a bowling alley. I had their beer bbq bacon cheeseburger with garlic fries. Fries needed more garlic to be considered garlic fries. The patty wasn't bad, but needed more spices. Was cooked through at least.

Burger, garlic fries and Caesar salad

Good Microbrewery beer. You have to try the garlic fries, a couple spoon fulls of chopped fresh garlic on the homemade fries. Very addictive and OK of everyone at the table eats it. Burgers were preformed but alright. 2 beers and 2 burgers with garlic fries $31.00.

Probably more of 3 and a half but it wasn't terrible and I'm feeling generous. I'm leaning on the lower side of 4 stars because it wasn't memorable either. Reading my other reviews you guys know by know that I like my food hot! Like "I have to wait for a little bit when it comes out and blow on it" temperature hot which unfortunately none of this was. I mean come on there's no excuse for fries not to be hot! My OH and I shared the pulled pork burger and the Daniel's BBQ sauce Wang Dangs (wings). Pulled pork was moist but definitely missing something, like a sauce. It was just kind of like roasted pulled pork, but super juicy. Not sure whether it was going for an Asian fusion thing with the spring onions on it but it definitely needed something. This came with fries covered in garlic, yum! The wings were good, juicy and crispy and the sauce was nice. They do half price appys after I'll so would definitely go back just for the wings. Their beer menu is on large cans which is kind of cool and we tried and lager, pale ale and IPA. Kind of weird to have a pale ale hoppier than an IPA in my opinion. Beers were meh. Bar is joint onto a bowling alley which looked fun. It was glow in the dark and playing 90's music, a bit more for the adult crowd. Lacking in a bit of atmosphere too. So overall not terrible but not amazing... Kind of meh.

The menu is varied, but not too overcrowded, making choosing simple, yet still catering for various tastes and palettes. Some items are limited, such as the Burnt Ends, due to the time it takes to smoke and cook. If they're available I would highly recommend getting. So tender and flavourful. There's a good selection of craft beers, as well as a few non-alcoholic options to drink. We were seated pretty quickly, and service was fast, friendly and attentive. We never felt an urge to be rushed. Although I suspect in peak season this place will be extremely busy and crowded, so would strongly suggest making a reservation before showing up.

Now this is like a place in Oakatoks Alberta. It is a barbecue place with all kinds of meats. We weee seated promptly and had the option of outside or in. We chose in as we felt it would be a bit cooler as we had been out all day. Now the food. We ordered 2 sets of wings. One plain and one barbecue. They were not the best. I would say anywhere else they would be better. I had the brisket plate with coleslaw and potato salad. There were only 2 pieces of brisket. For the price I expected more. The coleslaw was good. The potato salad was the first tine I couldn't finish it. It was not the amount it was the taste. It seemed that there was horseradish added to it. The horseradish was so overpowering it just tasted awful. The cornbread that was ordered was boring. I like it a bit crunchy and this was just plain and not very favourable. The last was a plate of full rack of St. Louis ribs, Mac and cheese. The ribs were plenty but the smaller version. Mac and cheese was underwhelming and the corn bread. The atmosphere was great and they had a country singer there. She was good. Overall I will go back again to try something different.
