I would not recommend this service . Especially not an out of town visitor. I was so excited to come to Chelan for a bachelorette party and visit local wineries.They were supposed to prebook us at 3 wineries Instead we showed up not only to have a winery that had no idea we were even coming , and taken to their own place ( which is not a winery!!!). Do your research before booking with them, its incredibly expensive, and you only are paying for your drive. So if you book a "4 hour tour" that includes the time they drive you. Also be leery of when they suggest " even keel" that is their own place. And by own place I mean a limo garage stall, with frozen pizza on american flag paper plates that they try and pass off as a winery. The view of the texico gas station was lovely though. Our driver was very kind, but the van that smelled like pee was not great. Oh also when I wrote to share my experience with the owner and explain how i felt deceived , I received NO reply. Our friends have a condo in Chelan and although we go 3-4 times during the summer, we had never been wine tasting. Seeing as it was a little smokey out this past weekend, we opted for some indoor activities in wine tasting. I believe I spoke with Ron over the phone and he was very friendly in explaining the services and cost. Russ was our driver and picked us up right on time. We were originally scheduled for the classic limo, but were pleasantly surprised when we saw a newer limo. Russ was amazing as a driver, he was knowledgeable about all the wineries in the area and in a 4 hour time period took us to 6 wineries that he knew we would enjoy for different reasons. During the trip, Russ accompanied us and took pictures as well as explained various facts about the wineries or wines. At the end of the trip, Russ recommended/noted other wineries on the map we should visit next time or on our own. We were probably a little more noisey than most groups, but he seemed to put up with us very well! Thank you Lakeside Limousine and Russ for an enjoyable wine tour! Our driver, Russ, called and informed me that he was early and waiting in the parking lot but not too rush. It was nice that he called and was already waiting for us. The limo was nice and clean. Russ introduced himself and asked if we had ever been on a wine tour, which we had not. He was very informative about the history of each winery we went to. reserved the silver package for my birthday, had a group of 11 people and we loved it!!! they're really prompt and informative by email prior to reserving a tour, "Karrie" was who i was in touch with and was so kind and helpful and even called all the wineries for me to notify them of our large group of 11! and the driver was right on time waiting for us at our condo with a fancy cadillac escalade limo! I originally made the reservation for 10 but had an extra person last minute, which "Kelly" the driver was totally cool with! I appreciated his kindness and willingness to allow us to blast rap/hip hop party music throughout the limo lol and he was also really nice about being our camera man for the wineries!!! Awesome service, so nice to just sit back and not worry about having a designated sober driver and also not having to GPS and struggle to find all the wineries in an area we were unfamiliar with! I think their services are becoming more and more popular because right after our tour, another group in our same condo complex was being picked up for their tour! read more

Whatever you do, you don't want "Danger Russ" as your driver. He insults those who are not even his customers and he dresses extremely unprofessional. The front seat of the limo was filled with junk and the passenger door all dented. At first we thought it was a little strange that he wasn't going to wait in the car for us, instead he was hanging with us in the back ground which turned out to be just what we needed! He remembered all 10 of our names, carried our wine for us, made sure we wrote our names down on what we purchased so there was no confusion and helped us with everything. I mean the guy pulled out our chairs, got us tasting menus, he was like our server. He was hands down the best limo driver we could have asked for. He was fabulous. Definitely will use him again. We had Lakeside Limousine Tours as a shuttle for our guests at our recent wedding at Atam Winery and they were excellent! We didn't have as many guests as we anticipated so our driver only ended up making one trip, but he was so nice and extremely patient! He arrived immediately on time and was courteous and professional. But what set him apart was his sincere desire to see that we all had a fun time. He was highly professional, yet personable--a very rare combo to find! Craig was exceptionally accommodating and friendly when we wanted to change a couple of our pre-planned wineries to visit. Also, we were running behind at one winery and were going to be late for our restaurant reservation. Craig offered to call the restaurant for us and get our reservation changed. Amazing! While were were at the wineries, Craig would occasionally check in with us to see how we were faring, and also took some pictures for us. He did that very unobtrusively and politely--and never rushed us during our entire excursion. We will definitely use this service again and ask to have Craig as our chauffeur!
