The standout was the carrots, it was my favorite surprisingly, beautifully roasted, naturally sweet, and layered over a rich, bright purée that made the whole dish feel special. Paired with a glass of sparkling rosé and with wide open patio view, it was one of those simple, perfect winery moments. And don't forget your dogs! From the bright beet dish to the perfectly cooked salmon to the classic burger and fries, everything tasted like the kitchen actually enjoys what they're doing. Well done to the cooks in the back! The staff was wonderful, attentive, and genuinely happy to help you settle in with a glass of something sparkling while you take in the view.

I've had their wines many times at home, but hadn't been in for a visit and taste in many many years until this past Memorial Day weekend. Sadly, the winery experience to me was a little underwhelming. The grounds felt a little scattered, and the team working seemed a little cold to my in-laws (despite them being long time members and locals). The Sauvignon Blanc bottle we shared had the very distinct "cat pee" aroma that I couldn't get out of my nose. I had to choke it down. The views were beautiful and I know their other wines have been good, I'm just not sure if this is some place I'd come back to given all the many other fantastic options in the area.

They had literally nothing from the photos and even pics added from the business owner. I thought maybe the menu changed seasonally or something but the waitress we had didn't even recognize the stuff and said it was probably from one of their other restaurants... I wish this stuff was accurate because the menu we were presented with was a let down after seeing the amazing things online. I will say, however, that everything we got was good. The steak bites were yummy (that sauce!) and my friends that shared the fried chicken sandwich were pleased and that thing was massive. Our cesar salad was also enjoyable. I just wish we had a different experience about the menu and things we got excited about ahead of time. I haven't experienced a Yelp profile being soooo inaccurate before.

She must have been new, so I asked her if she could check and she seemed kind of taken aback. Turns out they do not, so I just got a glass. My friend and I came back the next day and sat at our table for 30 minutes before we had a waiter approach us. After that, we ordered salad and dessert. It all came within 20 minutes, which was decent for the food order but LONG to wait for wine. From the time our plates were clean and glasses empty to the time we got a check was over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. We tried to just pay at the counter and the woman behind the counter said she was just pouring tastings but not taking payment (so they do have tastings!). Wasn't too crowded on either visit, so I'm guessing maybe they were training a whole batch of new summer staff or something when we went. I would potentially try them again another time of year. Don't go here if you have a tight reservation after.

We did end up splitting a Cesar salad for food and it was completely average, don't remember it well. I guess that's a good thing since it was exactly what I expected. The wine tasting comes in a tower so you can drink at your own pace, which is great! This allowed us to drink at our own speeds and we were a little tired of hearing about wine after many other stops, so it was great to have an independent experience. It's lovely here! Perfect spot for sunset. We barely interacted with our server since we were the only outdoor table, but that was fine.

Which would be fine, except their outdoor seating is extremely dirty and due to the amount of trees around, covered in pollen. So it almost felt like second class or a punishment. I slapped the chair cushion and it was like it had never been dusted before. Not that I expect the outdoor seating to be clean at all times, I would expect a higher end place like this that features wine on their menu to make an effort to keep things tidy for all guests. The food itself, was actually pretty good. The deep fried artichoke seriously missed the mark in seasoning and presentation (maybe have the sauce on the side to dip?) but the steak and short ribs were amazingly tasty. Great flavors. We also did a wine flight and the wines were very good as well. One of the glasses still had lipstick on it unfortunately. A couple of the glasses looked rushed to clean. It was replaced and all was well. But still.. attention to details here seems to be an issue. If you come here, make a reservation. Sit inside. Might have a better experience. Get the short ribs or steak and some wine and it will be a lovely experience.

We were here for a wedding and it became obvious they were not interested in honoring contracts that had been signed by the previous owners. Deb the wife and owner came off as friendly but later showed she was ready to go home. I understand since the change in ownership they have lost most of their staff. As of this last weekend they have lost their biggest asset, Cynthia. She was an amazing coordinator, employee and a kind human. She seems to care about her work ethic and making sure people were having a good time all while the owners were yelling at the staff, guests and trying to rush them off. I hate to see the new owners ruin the Karma reputation. We will not be back or recommend this vineyard when there are so many others to chose from.

We really enjoy learning and experiencing wines from all over the world. We visited 7 different wineries annd enjoyed many of them but have to say, this one is our favorite. First, the greeting and welcome were wonderful. Andrea was lovely. My favorite thing to do is ask a lot of questions about wine and their process. She answered every question and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You can tell it's a great place to work. Second, the wine. They specialize in Rhône varietals and what really makes them stand out is their use of concrete in the wine making process. Their Grenache Blanc and concrete Syrah are outstanding! All of their wines are beautiful. We highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

They let us know that they had a fudge pairing with the tasting, which we were really excited about. Our first pour came out and we were shocked. I don't even know how the explain the size of the tasting- maybe 1/3 of an ounce? It's easier to tell in the photos. There wasn't even a stopper on the bottle, that was the amount the tasting room associate chose to give us. She must have known it was small because she came out with our second pour like 30 seconds later. All the pours were this size. The tasting was $16 for four pours and I don't even think we got 1.5oz of wine total. I was also frustrated because we weren't told what wines we were drinking or given a menu. At the very end we were given menus with about 12-15 wines on them and had no idea which 4 we had tried. I think the girl was new, but it was still really weird. I have tasted at many many wineries and found this one to be very very stingy. We do not feel like we learned anything about the wine or the winery and have no idea if we like the wine because we barely got a sip in. We were also the only people there on a Friday, so I have no idea why our service was so limited. I also figured the 16 bottle purchase we were picking up might have waived a tasting or gotten us a bonus pour, but they were pretty stingy with us. I feel like we were polite and eager to learn about the wines and am really confused where the disconnect was. I was surprised to see all the great reviews after our experience, so maybe we just went on an off day or the person was still in training.
