The grounds felt a little scattered, and the team working seemed a little cold to my in-laws (despite them being long time members and locals). The Sauvignon Blanc bottle we shared had the very distinct "cat pee" aroma that I couldn't get out of my nose. I had to choke it down. The views were beautiful and I know their other wines have been good, I'm just not sure if this is some place I'd come back to given all the many other fantastic options in the area.

Location is easy to get around. Parking lot wasnt full so I was able to park without any issues. We didnt try any food since we were just wine tasting . Their dinner doesnt start until 5pm. Area itself was really nice. There is an island for people to be surrounded by Koi fish but its only for 2 large groups (or 1) of 8+. You can be able to feed the koi fish for free. Just had to ask. Dog friendly (they have to be leashed) and kid friendly too. Would go again in the future

First, the greeting and welcome were wonderful. Andrea was lovely. My favorite thing to do is ask a lot of questions about wine and their process. She answered every question and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You can tell it's a great place to work. Second, the wine. They specialize in Rhône varietals and what really makes them stand out is their use of concrete in the wine making process. Their Grenache Blanc and concrete Syrah are outstanding! All of their wines are beautiful. We highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

The Chelan tasting room is beautiful, with gorgeous stonework, a waterfall, gardens and incredible views of Lake Chelan. Lisa Callan is an exceptionally talented winemaker, and the quality and consistency of her wines are remarkable. Bordeaux and Rhône varietals are particular standouts, and there is always something interesting to discover. What I appreciate most is that despite the accolades and beautiful setting, Callan remains warm, welcoming and unpretentious.
