On Monday, the owner immediately had the car examined and soon after told me the belt and alternator had to be replaced. Since the parts had to be delivered, he gave me one of his loaner cars so I wouldn't have to wait there for hours. I had no other form of transportation or anyone else to help me. They also noticed there was a nail in a tire and repaired that, as well as performing a needed oil change They certainly are very thorough and I am extremely pleased with the complete service they offer. Another shop corrected what WHAR neglected to do. Never again am I setting my foot in this shop and don't recommend it to anyone. I guess this shop knows how to take advantage of an elderly woman.
