Thank you Ryan you're awesome! Great customer service and prices. Ryan is professional, patient, polite and knowledgeable. Ryan gave me a great price on a Kitchen Aid matching refrigerator and stove. I will not buy or have service done anywhere else. I highly recommend this family owned business. Sincerely, Mara read more

I ordered a used, reconditioned dryer from Lakeside Appliance, and it was delivered in a timely way and carefully installed.

I have had an intermittent problem with my sometimes-used refrigerator. I have had another appliance repair person, who is highly rated, tell me that the problem cannot be fixed. After the fourth failure, Lakeside Appliance and Mr. Mike came in and fixed the problem the first time. I have paid for this twice. I guess the second time is the best, that is true with Lakeside appliance. Great personable fix-it person, Mike. I am so happy with the result. I highly recommend . read more

My friend purchased a used Whirlpool washing machine in Feb., 2024 from Lakeside Appliance for $400. In Dec., 2024 the machine quit filling and agitating, in other words, became useless. We called the service manager to see if we could get a complimentary service call to diagnose the problem further. He refused, Since $400 is almost the purchase price of a new machine, you would think such a courtesy or at least an apology would be extended. No such luck. He was rude, argumentative, and arrogant. Beware if you buy from these creeps. read more

I bought a refrigerator from Lakeside Appliance at a fair price. The delivery was as promised, and we are very satisfied.

After having our stove, microwave and hood fan finally die on us, we went in search of new appliances. I looked online at all the usual retail and big chain stores. Hardly anyone delivered to us, let alone set-up and installed what we needed, so we decided to check out Lakeside Appliance. I am so glad we did! The owner Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me get a great deal on our stove and microwave/hood fan. I am so impressed by the great customer service. Installation was prompt, courteous and professional. We learned our old hood fan wasn't even set-up properly. Now it looks like we have a whole new kitchen. We even ended up going back and getting a new dishwasher, which has made all the difference. From now on, we are loyal customers and will only shop here for our appliance needs. I would highly recommend that you check them out before you buy your next major appliance. You won't regret it. Those big corporate stores can't compete with the prices and the impeccable, personal service we have received. I'm so glad Lake County has retailers like this. It's what it should be. read more

Fridge died (we thought) last night and we called Lakeside Appliance and they were able to come today! Can't say enough good things about this business-prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest. Turned out fridge started working again but he said to call tomorrow if any issue and he'd come back, no add'l service charge. And he even checked out microwave issue since he was here and gave us a source for repair since he doesn't deal with small appliances. Appreciate the honest quick service. Would absolutely use this service if anything else breaks! read more

Great guys and great service! Fridge went south, they recommended against repairing..... it was a garage fridge so I bought a used one from them, all good! Thanks guys! read more

Ryan and Raymond offered extraordinary service with a very difficult refrigerator delivery. We originally ordered this item through Costco because Costco offered free delivery but as it turns out Costco was not able to do the delivery and damaged our house in the process. Ryan and Raymond were able to do the installation no problem and at about the same price as Costco. Next time, I am going straight to Lakeside! read more

You just hung up on me and talked over me the whole time. When I was there in person, seemed bored and disinterested. I know which machine I ordered. Go to Sears. Fuck this asshole. read more

I needed a new stacked washer/dryer. After a lot of research, I decided on a Whirlpool unit and purchased it thru Lakeside Appliance. I spoke to a few other retailers, including the Sears Home Store in Clearlake, none of them offered me the pricing that Lakeside did and all had additional add-on fees (delivery, old unit removal, etc.). Lakeside included everything in their price. They had to come out three times to install the unit because of existing plumbing and electrical issues that I needed to fix before the unit could be installed. Each time, their techs were polite, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend you choose Lakeside Appliance for all of your appliance purchases and servicing needs. They're the BEST! read more

These guys rock!! They are honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for an appliance, or for a repair. Their prices are very reasonable too. I cannot recommend them enough for any appliance need you may have. read more

These guys are amazing. We walked in two weeks ago about 8:15 to get a new fridge. We got what we needed and were home by 8:40. The fridge was delivered at 9:15 am. Talk about service! The delivery guy, Ray, we great. I highly recommend this local appliance store. read more

Very rude! This is the second time I have gone in here in the last 2 years and the person was continually trying to argue with me about OEM parts and I was being help by another person. I finally turned to the other worker and said, "can you please stop talking to me, he is helping me"! The young man helping me said that he would no longer help me because I disrespected his boss!! The boss was very disrespectful to me and when I ask him to stop, I was told that I was being disrespectful! Asking someone to stop is not disrespectful. If I told him to shut up, then I was disrespectful but I did not!! I have lived here sines 1976 and always bought my things from them but now I think they do not care about our small community and they just want money!! Very disappointed! This make our small community look bad! These businesses are bad for our community and need to be dissolved!! By the way, Amazon had my "OEM" part for $17 cheaper. I just had to wait 2 days!! read more

Great customer service! Easy to get a hold of, knowledgable staff, and made scheduling easy.

I live in the south Bay Area and just had a very bad experience with a small appliance store in Middletown! I am very happy to say, after jumping on yelp and finding Lakeside Appliance, my faith in the private owned, small business was was completely restored, what a relief. These guys are great to deal with, they are friendly, professional and quick. They are awesome at what they do. I would highly recommend them. Good job GUYS! read more

We are relatively new to the area and are in need of some new kitchen appliances, oven microwave combo and a new dishwasher. We both like to shop locally because we have owned our own shops in small town USA. We tried out lakeside appliance to get a price the young man insisted on coming out to measure my space for a nominal fee ok I see that. We left without a price. Went to the competition got a price went back to see what he could do model number in hand the young man said he knew the owners and he would just go there to make the purchase that they were good people. So to the owner of lakeside appliances you lost a good customer and referral. read more

We purchased a new washing machine this past weekend and there was a leak. The company where we purchased it couldn't come out for at least a week. So I called Lakeside Appliance about 10 minutes before closing and he was able to squeeze me in the next day. The window he gave me was from 10-12. The technician came at 10:00 on the nose!! He was quick and efficient. I will use them again and recommend to everyone. Thank you!! read more

I don't know about that one star rating down there. But it must have been the customer. The guys working this place are great. No sales pressure, always professional, good prices, and full of information that they provide without that push to buy that you get at most places. I just made a purchase that they delivered and set up the same day. I have several other appliances I'm picking up soon and I'm definitely getting them from here. read more

I normally would not write a review on an appliance store but these guys are nothing short of amazing in their knowledge and customer service. The manager Ryan is first rate all the way. I was able to swing some nice deals here for not only myself, but some friends that live in the area. Cool thing is they have great prices on new and used items. If you have any appliance needs anywhere close to Lake County this should be your one stop shop....enjoy! read more

I stopped in to set a service appointment and ask about the problems I was having with my older washer. I told Ryan that it was not draining after washing. He told me to ck the lid switch first. He showed me how to locate and test the switch. Sure enough that was the problem. I bought the part and fixed it myself. The customer service is excellent and his knowledge of appliances.....superb! This is truly a great company to work with and I highly recommend them! read more

I would not use or recommend this business. I had 2 appliance issues. One was with my dryer which had no electricity going 2 it's outlet. The repairman was unable to identify the breaker 4 the dryer or c that it had tripped. He told me I needed an electrician. I had an electrician come out who within seconds was able to identify the problem. He was surprised that a appliance repairman was unable to identify the issue & felt badly he had 2 charge me the $120 service call for such a simple fix. The other problem I had was with my dishwasher. I had blinking lights on it's control panel that my husband was able to fiddle with & get working the night b4 serviceman's visit. I wanted him to check the restart button & reboot the panel. Again he could not identify a problem & was unable to fix the appliance. He charged me $129 for his service call & assured me he would come back, as they guarantee their service, if I experienced any further difficulties. Two weeks after his visit the dishwasher control panel again began 2 blink. I called back the office & instead of having the repairman come back to check the appliance they told me I needed to order & buy a new control panel ($247) before he would come back. These two incidents make me question the integrity & competence of this business. I have paid $230 without them adequately repairing either appliances. Consumer beware. read more

I am so glad we decided to "shop local" not once but twice for Appliances that were needed on an emergency basis (Fridge died and then 6 months later so did washer without any notice). Lakeside Appliance gets 5 stars on all aspects of their business: Price, Product and Customer service! Super-friendly, professional staff, great products and prices, and was able to deliver both a large refrigerator and wash machine/dryer within a couple of days to HVL. Any questions and needs (after the sale/installation, when it is often hard to get a response), were taken care of in lightening speed. Thank you Lakeside Appliance, your professionalism and friendliness was so appreciated! read more

Just had a Whirlpool refrigerator delivered and installed. From choosing the refrigerator to the complete install everyone was fantastic! We gave the sales guy our dimensions and the color we needed and he took it from there providing us with several models and options and was easily able to explain pros and cons showing us the differences with the models he had in stock. The install crew was very helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly even after bringing the refrigerator up a long flight of stairs. Everyone was very careful not to damage the frig but also very careful not to damage our stairs, walls and thresholds. It fit perfectly, they set it up ready to use and in no time were on their way. read more

I bought a new washer that was not working, since it was on warranty, the manufacturer contacted Lakeside TV and Appliance. Mike showed up to do the repairs and I was lucky he did because as it turns out he arrived just when I needed to reconnect my gas stove that I had removed while painting. He had a cancellation for an appointment after me and got right to it and gave me a good price due to already being onsite. When the part arrived for my washer he came back and finished the job. He was timely and professional and I felt confident in the integrity of his work. read more
