When I showed up to pick it up, it wasn't threaded, and Dave and his wife couldn't figure out how to thread it while I stood by and watched for quite some time. He had upped the charge to $100 and then added $40 for a part that he broke on the machine and then insisted that I pay for the replacement of. When I got home and set up the (still unthreaded) machine, I opened it up and noticed that it was full of dust, he didn't even clean it! They were very nice but I don't think they're running a professional business at all, not trustworthy.
