    I should have read the reviews! I bought their very expensive Lopi Greenfield gas stove about 1.5…read moreyears ago. About a year ago a few things broke down so I called them for warranty repair. After multiple requests they finally came out and fixed the stove. Just last week I called again and was told their guys were in the field and they would call me as soon as they returned...no call back so I called them back and was promised a phone call the next day...no call back. The lady I spoke to (the same one as the other calls) told me that I would need to pay for a house visit ($150 plus parts) because my warranty had run out. She explained that I only had a one year warranty on my Lopi. So after never getting a call back I decided to contact another Lopi dealer to help me with my problem. They not only fixed the problem over the phone, they explained to me that I actually had a full 2 year warranty on the electronics and a 5 year warranty on the internal firebox workings. ER energy should be ashamed of their fraudulent practices and Lopi stoves should reconsider keeping them as a dealer!

I asked for an estimate recently just to repair my stove pipe and they sent two people out. They were here about five maybe 10 minutes and said they could do the work and left. Nice guys. The next day someone called to make the appointment and I was informed they do not work on wood stoves that they do not sell. They couldn't help me and referred me to Chris Grays repair service who ended up doing an excellent job a couple weeks later. Before Chris showed up I called three separate times to make the appointment with them after Chris said that the two guys who showed up still wanted to do the job. Having owned several businesses locally I knew that it would be a good practice to still try to be a good customer, so I kept trying to make contact. No one ever returned my calls after they said they would. I then was called a week later from the manager to collect a bill for $170 for the five minutes they were originally here to assess my stove. I was never told there would be a fee when I booked the visit or when the two guys were here and told her that. The manager repeatedly denied that I had ever called three times as she had no record of it and asked how I was going to pay the bill. It obviously was not about customer service, policy or doing the right thing, just where is the money. Very frustrating and highly unprofessional.
