They were contracted by North Coast Energy Service, and…read moredelivered me a refrigerator in 2023. The old fridge had an ice maker, the new one didn't. Instead of capping it off underneath my sink, they just shut a valve at the tip of the ice maker line. I don't know what happened but the line leaked slowly into the floor. now I am dealing with a buckled floor and water damage. I tried to get help with the situation but since there was a timeline, they, with attitude, said they could not help me.. If he would have capped off the line under my sink, it wouldn't have happened. I'm calling negligence on their part.. But they wouldn''t help.. I definitely do not recommend them!!

If I could give negative stars I would. One word for this guy SHADY!!! Took my car in to have him…read morelook at an electrical issue we were having. Simple right... Well he ended up frying the cars whole computer and he ended up having to get it towed to the Honda dealership. Where he racked up a $1400 bill that WE had to pay yet he was given no authorization to take it to Honda in the first place. Not only that he didn't even let us know that 1. He had fired the computer 2. Had it towed to a different dealership and 3. Lied to Honda dealership saying we authorized all work being done! We called numerous times to check on the car and he said he was "working" on it. That he "might" need to take it to Honda dealership but would let us know and that he would pay for what they were going to charge.... Ya didn't happen. Bad business owner. Even Honda stated that he couldn't authorize work without our permission. Lesson learned.

After multiple requests they finally came out and fixed the stove. Just last week I called again and was told their guys were in the field and they would call me as soon as they returned...no call back so I called them back and was promised a phone call the next day...no call back. The lady I spoke to (the same one as the other calls) told me that I would need to pay for a house visit ($150 plus parts) because my warranty had run out. She explained that I only had a one year warranty on my Lopi. So after never getting a call back I decided to contact another Lopi dealer to help me with my problem. They not only fixed the problem over the phone, they explained to me that I actually had a full 2 year warranty on the electronics and a 5 year warranty on the internal firebox workings. ER energy should be ashamed of their fraudulent practices and Lopi stoves should reconsider keeping them as a dealer!
