Came out and gave me a very accurate bid for exactly what we wanted. When we called back, scheduled early in the spring and they got a whole new heating and central air system put in. Showed up on time and ahead of our schedule. They also fixed my ducts which was a big problem. After the debacle with Cool Air not finishing my job for 22 days in the deep heat of summer, I called Charlie at Henry Repairs. It took Charlie exactly 27 hours from my initial phone call to him until he was finished after doing a beautiful job and was pulling out of the drive. The Cool Air guy made us wait 22 DAYS, and still was supposedly unable to get the needed part for the AC. I've already booked Charlie to fix my dryer, and after that my oven.
