He came the very next morning with his awesome crew to assess and clean our duct work. They were very respectful and clean and wore booties, even put booties on the vacuum wheels so it did not get my floors wet since it was raining outside. The owner is not an upsell guy, he will only make recommendations if he sees any issues, which I appreciate. I will definitely have him come back when the weather dries up a bit to add straps to my ducts that were touching the ground. I was home the day the work was originally to be completed and when I left for an appointment, I had someone at my home to let them in. I'm grateful the work got done today. Moses was respectful of my home, he wore shoe covers, and as I mentioned kept me informed of everything he was doing. I asked him to put a vent cover on so the birds will not go in the vent, and paid him to do that. I had a fridge in the basement where I kept my work items and all of a sudden it broke down because…read morethe mouse chewed the cables and broke the compressor so I had to buy a new fridge. But my basement had old fashion grids so mouse/rat can easy get in and out so I had to deal with it urgently. Brandon came at a short notice and gave me a quote and said he can come and start the work in 2 days. The other companies I got the quote could only come after 5 days, some of them after 1 week. He also pointed out that my attic insulation is old and thin. And since he has to clean the attic (there were some mouse activities there too) he suggested it's not a lot of extra cost to put the whole new insulation. (I have been feeling cold in the house due to the old insulation so was happy to replace with a new one taking this opportunity). The crew (2-3 people) came for 2 days and fixed all the holes with the mesh in the basement, crawlspace and the attic. Cleaned the droppings, vacuumed the whole place, sanitized and set the traps. They even cleaned the duct in the house. It was a lot of money but with the amount of work they did, I was very happy. I bought the house 1.5 years ago and I wanted these things done anyway (duct cleaning, new insulation) so the mouse control was a good reason to tackle all of them.
