Shout out to John Green specifically. The quote was not the cheapest but nearly, and it was the system that I felt had the best value. Did everything go exactly as planned? Of course not, but that's the nature of things, especially with old houses like mine, and more importantly John and co. made sure everything was right in the end. When we got the system tested for permitting and rebates the technician commented that it passed with flying colors, well beyond the minimum specs.

His wife, Shari was very nice and she does the business side of the company and also does some install work as well! He spent several days and had to take a wall out that was blocking the heater and he did this and was able to replace it after the new heater was installed. We discussed several options on heaters and also heat pumps and we decided to stay with a conventional gas heater and slim line AC, both made by Bryant. He did a wonderful job , he was also very neat. He was here when the state inspector came and will come back when the City of Windsor comes to sign off and also do his inspection! Unexpectedly, he really helped us out by installing a new laundry room fan we had picked up to replace the old one that had fallen from the ceiling. A guy, Ray, came out, fiddled a few minutes, and said he had to order a part and that it would take up to 14 days. Meanwhile we had to buy a mini fridge since it already took himn2 weeks to arrive for the appointment. He replied to my texts saying he had no information. I asked him who I should call to find out the problem. He said he would call someone for me. After another few days, I called Frigidaire. They said Ron's Appliance had reported the problem fixed so they had closed our repair ticket. I had to explain everything and requested they send someone from a different company. So lied to for a month, then ghosted. Horrible. Beware.
