One of them said we were low on freon and tried to bend us over for 500 bucks, and when I got a second opinion the second big company said the freon level was fine. Neither of them fixed the machine, one said they wanted 15 grand for a new system, and the other was not helpful either. So after years living with a cold house and using emergency heat, I called this company and Tony sent Gabriel out and he put a capacitor on the machine and it works so well I can't even imagine it. Mine you we installed a pellet stove because of how bad this heater is, well our heater works fine, but the two large heating companies that work in Petaluma are horrible, I wont mention names. The one named after a guys name in the garden of eden wasn't as bad as the other company, but they wont even service you two months out they are so busy. These guys came within hours. After talking to Martin I gave them a shot, very satisfied, bill under 400 dollars and the heater works better then ever.

They were not able to offer one. What was most disappointing was how the scheduling error was handled. I spoke with the same person who had originally scheduled the appointment, but there was no acknowledgment that the appointment had been entered for the wrong day and no apology. I was told they understood that the situation was frustrating, but that felt very different from taking responsibility for the mistake. I understand that scheduling errors happen. What mattered to me was how the error was handled once it was discovered, and unfortunately the response did not give me confidence in scheduling another appointment.

The repair team scratched the stairwell and stair rail, and they left the house very dirty. Our wash basin was also damaged in the process (picture attached). They came back and said all the issues were fixed - but the wash basin remained damaged. I let it go. A month later, our functioning AC broke and stopped working in the summer. We had another vendor install a new AC Cooling coil. Through their inspection, they found that the plastic condensate drain pan of the older AC system was cracked and broken, leading to water dripping onto the new furnace. According to their assessment, it appears that this damage could've only occurred during the installation of the new furnace. We identified a few open items and visible damages right after installation with Jazz home services and we let the broken wash basin go (Repair cost $1,000). The broken drain pan was not visible when they left and this breakage ended up costing an additional $2,500. I attempted to reach out but no response. This was totally unprofessional, resulting in poor quality service overall that ultimately cost us more headaches and additional damages that we had to fix and pay for.
