She engaged in conversation with me, as I am not from Jersey and helped me with the menu clarity. There is no parking lot here, but alot of street parking. Inside is very clean with a gender neutral bathroom and some cute decor. The prices are decent. Dessert pieces are a little pricey, but very big. They do have soo many sweet treats. They also have specialty turkish sweets and others such as cheesecake, dubai chocolate, parfaits & other things that I do not even know the name of. I wish i could try them all without getting cavities haha. When I come back to Jersey I will definitely be coming back to this cafe as it is a hot commodity to me!

I wish I had tried this muchhhh sooner-- 1st time; Tried the Iced Caramel Voltage. It was sooo good, perfectly sweet and the quality of the coffee was well roasted. 2nd time; Tried the Iced Crème Brûlée Latte. Also very delicious, they mix vanilla powder into the milk and it's so flavorful! My friend tried the hot Biscoff Latte and also absolutely loved it-- Sooo many options on the menu and sweet treats to choose from (it can get overwhelming!) My only note is that they only had one person running the shop both times I visited and there was quite some traffic for one person to handle. The other time visiting, they were mostly out of select coffees, decaf, etc by Noon and limited w milk stock.

The eggs left a lot to be desired. The bad: I also got a hot chocolate that unfortunately was Swiss Miss which I noticed after I ordered. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. With the rising population of Arab folks in the area, I loved seeing the way the culture was sprinkled in the cafe. The racing theme was cute and the drink was so good. I can't quite remember what it was called but it was coconut water and matcha. My main complaint was how small everything is, which the cafe itself cannot help. They were making the most of their space with seating and I was not able to get a seat. The cafe was filled with college students despite it being early August! I will definitely be stopping by whenever I can.

Being Middle Eastern myself, I liked the unique concept and knew I had to stop by when we were in the area. We arrived around 5pm and it was extremely loud & busy. The atmosphere and seating gives relaxing environment, but in reality, there were people with laptops (on a Saturday), kids running around, and generally the acoustics inside aren't great. Nonetheless, we placed an order and grabbed a table. I got the Iced Crème Brûlée Latte which was very well executed. It's rich, bold, and had notes of vanilla and burnt caramel. They definitely nailed the crème brûlée flavor. Even the Cortado was nicely presented and soothing. I liked that the flavor profile in the espresso was not overpowered by the milk or extraction process. I was also bummed that they didn't have their cool cups that say "Habibi" on them! Their branding is one of the things that caught my eye about them and it sucks to see them switching to nonbranded cups (assuming for cost reasons). Overall, it was worth a try!

I looked on Yelp and there were two ice cream parlors close to our location. I had never heard of this place before but had good reviews, so we decided to give them a try. When we walked in, we were greeted by the owner and her workers. They were very friendly. And when we were trying to get my son a different flavor, they had offered to let him try a bunch, which I feel like is a pretty normal thing, however, it completely slipped my mind and it was nice of them to offer. My son had gotten the truffle ice cream, and I had gotten pistachio and the s'more. I tried a little of each. The truffle was very good, but I really loved the s'more flavor. I felt like it had all the elements of s'more in it. And it was definitely a great recommendation, as the staff told me that it had won awards. All in all, I would definitely come back here. It's a pretty local spot, so I will definitely be back. If you're a local here and you've never been here, you should definitely give it a try.

I highly recommend people to get donuts and coffee from Frappe Joe's rather than Dunkin or Starbucks down the road. First of all, the baked goods are made fresh daily at Joe's rather than shipped in from a factory. You can taste the difference. Second, I've had way more positive customer service experiences at Joe's than the other two places combined. Third, they also have salads, wraps, and pitas. Try the falafel. When I ordered it, I got it in a wrap with greens, cucumbers, and tahini. I thought it great. The falafel had good spices and a crispy outside. It looked small, but I found it to be very filling. And it wasn't sloppy. I hate when you're eating a wrap and it disintegrates through your fingers. This held up well, even when I started eating it 15 mins later, so whoever crafted it knew what they were doing. I also think the price was good for what I got in return. The coffee is still great too. I wish more people would consider the quality and care that small businesses put into everything they do in order to compete with the corporate coffee shops. If they did, they'd realize how much better it all is at Frappe Joe's. And don't forget to tip, folks, since the customer service deserves it.

My kids love going here even though they aren't adventurous with flavors. BUT I finally tried their ice cream cake. You can order online if you want specific flavors and they usually have premade ones if you just walk in. I walked in and just ordered in person. It was a Just-Because-I-Want-It cake disguised as a belated birthday cake (which it was, but I got it because I wanted to try it). I got a 6" cake with taro and milk tea flavors inside and it came with two small cones of ice cream on top (I chose soursop and red bean for those). It is not what I expected. It is almost all ice cream with a very thin whipped cream type "frosting" on the outside - and sprinkles! - that made it look like a normal cake until you cut into it. No layer of actual flour-based cake inside. It's solid ice cream. Since it's perfectly sweet, it worked great! Also excellent for those who may have a wheat allergy (unless you get the cookie flavors) so now I'm considering one for my kid with food allergies (but not to milk). And that's the update to my review. Still a stellar place to get ice cream.
