Really nice new dessert spot. They are very allergy friendly and the service is fast. It has super cute decor and the desserts were great. The strawberry crepe was amazing and so was the Oreo shake. My only recommendation is more strawberries :) I will definitely be coming back for that crepe

I just had a very negative experience here with my friends that aligns with the other negative…read morereviews. Their management is, at best, misleading and, at worst, scamming. I don't blame the waitstaff at all, as they are very kind, welcoming, and quick, in my experience. First, the food. The quality is fine, but I always find it a red flag when Asian restaurants are run by non-Asian people and there are no Asians in the crowd. "Authentic Korean" is just entirely not true, but I digress. The wings were quite good but expensive, and some of the menu items are absurd. Over $30 for a simple salmon was high to the point where I couldn't even try it to see if it was worth it. The drinks they have available are only high-end costs at mid end quality. I find a $26 New Jersey Riesling elsewhere more interesting than their $30-$56 selections. The soju and sake are insanely marked up and ridiculously priced. The food also takes quite a while to come out, even when they aren't busy at all. Plus, there's an automatic 20% gratuity charge. This didn't bother me, except for the fact that it is not only applied to food but to karaoke rooms. I found this very misleading. People do not expect to pay a 20% service charge on a room booking. This raised the $160/2 hrs to $192, and they refused to budge on this misleading application of the tip. Today, a group of my friends went to the karaoke room. Yesterday, Friday, May 8th, my friend called and they told him it was $55/hr. Today, it was $80/hr. The strange part is, when we said we weren't expecting the high cost, a man (I'm presuming the manager, but I'm not sure) claimed that no one would ever say that, even though a waitress said just minutes before that it was probably the new guy and she was sorry. Then, the man doubled down and said that yesterday, the charge would have been $55 but today (Saturday) it's $80. This makes even less sense to me because, upon checking afterward, the menu clearly says $55 Monday-Thursday, meaning that Friday would be the same cost as Saturday. So he clearly was lying to our faces that yesterday would have been the lower cost. I tried to verify this on the website, but it's so poorly built and disorganized that I can't even find the karaoke cost. I find this business model very confusing. I have no reason not to believe that lying on the phone + not including information on the website is so that people only choose to book the rooms when already inebriated. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. Support authentic (half the price!!) Korean restaurants instead.

I appreciate that there was a lil something for everyone, as I'm not a wing person like my friends are. I got the miso ramen and really enjoyed it. I also thought the music was great, and it didn't overpower our conversations.

The menu focuses on fresh, locally ingredients, which is evident in the vibrant flavors of each dish. Their small plates, had a variety option but I went with the smoked salmon with egg salad which was a different taste profile that I loved. The main course I stayed with seafood and chose the Mahi Mahi which was Sous vide, quick grilled, and perfectly seasoned. The service was great and team stayed on top of everything from drinks to clearing the table. Parking is limited so anticipate using their Valet service. The restaurant's unique name comes from the title of a Dudley Moore and Peter Cook comedy routine about a restaurant in the Scottish moors that served only Frogs and Peaches (a culinary concept that was never considered for the restaurant)! If you are attending Rutgers and want a great spot to go with family or just a great date night spot then The Frog and The Peach is the spot.

Overall it is a nice vibe inside and the staff is friendly. We started with tuna sashimi which was tasty and felt like a good light appetizer, especially from the lemongrass broth. I ordered the pan roasted chicken which was delicious. It was tender, flavorful, and cooked very well making each bite enjoyable. My husband ordered the cacio pepe and was able to add scallops to it which added a unique twist to the usual pasta dish. Overall our experience was nice and our waiter was friendly. While it would have been nice if our waiter stopped by a bit more so we could get the check sooner, given that this is a college town, it didnt seem like a big deal to us if we had to wait a little longer for things like the check or placing our order - just something to keep in mind.

At a recent dance event…read more(Liberty Swing) it was clear that it was still THE PLACE to go, especially with a large group of foodies. Bottom line: no matter what you order it will be excellent. Even with a dozen people on Saturday night, we managed to get seated. With the wide variety of menu choices, everyone was able to get exactly what they wanted. One very interesting dish I hadn't thought of was the chicken pot pie, which sounds very pedestrian, but wait until you see it. Amazing. I ordered the Ahi Tuna salad and it tasted every bit as good as it's picture-perfect looks. Superb service, plus literally everything that came to the table looked like a magazine picture. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Over time, I've noticed a clear decline in quality at the New Brunswick location. In contrast, the Hillsborough location has remained relatively consistent, which makes the difference even more noticeable. To be fair, I'm willing to give a pass on the slower service during this visit since we were seated outside and it seemed like they may not have been fully staffed for that area. That said, the bigger issue was the food. We ordered ravioli and chicken parm with pasta. The ravioli sauce was extremely watery, to the point where it resembled soup rather than a proper sauce. The chicken parm was overcooked, as was the pasta. It's disappointing to say, but based on this experience and the overall downward trend, I don't see myself returning to this location anytime soon.
