This is an excellent local place we finally got a chance to visit recently. Very quaint inside and very busy, but seemingly efficient. We don't wait for a table or wait too long for food. As to the crepes, we all ordered "breakfast" crepes and bought a sweet nut-choo-tella crepe to share as well. Gotta love downtown Princeton! Got the "Everything's Better with Bacon and Jam" and it was great - savory sweet combos are always so delish, and paired with a seasonal jam. So fun! Just wish there was a bit more bacon to up the salty side of things. Seating is cute, good amount of space. Free water when you sit down which is nice. It's fast casual, so you order at the counter and then sit down! The crepes were a miss for me. I love a light, flavorful crepe but these were somewhere between a crepe and a pancake. I did like the mustard aoli in the ham & cheese crepe. I was disappointed by the brownie crepe and would not get again. The brownie inside was on the drier side and the caramel syrup was too hardened. The ice cream was on the icier side, almost like a sorbet. Flow worked well- order at counter first and then getting seated if dining in. If dining in, they bring your order to your table and you're in charge of cleaning up your table. Overall, these crepes were not my jam. Service is quick and friendly, and they do a nice job keeping things moving without making you feel rushed. This is one of my favorite spots in Princeton! The crepes are so delicious. I used to come here a lot during college. The food is affordable, tasty, and convenient. They also have a food truck you can rent for events! I always get the hammin' cheese melty. When I was in college, the pickled veggies used to depend on the day and what was in season. Now, it seems like it is just pickled cucumber. It's good, but my favorite pickled veggies used to be the mushrooms! In the past, I have tried the lemon/lavender sweet crepe and the brownie crepe. Wow! What a find! So glad that the first spot that we tried to get into was jam packed, so that we were able to find this gem. Located right on Nassau St in the heart of downtown Princeton.. JC has won a fan. I like the very extensive menu which shows how versatile the crepe vehicle can be for almost anything. My friend and I decided on the delicious Bacon Scrambler (scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese). I added caramelized onion to mine and I'm SO GLAD THAT I DID. The sweetness of the onion really balanced out of the salt of the other ingredients. But, the crepe was so good as well. Perfectly cooked with a nice blend of crisp and chew. Very well portioned. I love the what seemed to be homemade hot sauce that they give (when you request). I loved their iced green tea, which was very delicate, and became deliciously floral when I added lavender syrup! Well, the food is amazing... they do crepes magnificently, fast, and efficiently! We have been here now at least two times and have had over 12 different crepes. None of them were a disappointment. Since they are so good, there is usually no seats available at regular tables, however there is a long counter bar that usually has some available space. Parking is pretty terrible and I dont want to give away my secret spot so dont ask. From Savory to Sweet- you will thoroughly enjoy your food. It is counter ordering and table delivery with self service water. You clean up after yourself too. The "service" was not good/non existent (just an order taker and food runner). In my opinion, dont feel guilty about a 10% or less "tip"... plus i cant stand when they ask you to tip and pay before you even sit down to eat ... again, the food is great! read more

Had a decaf nonfat latte was served right away to your table. Ordered a mushroom "pizza" crepe which was good but pricey as one might expect on the Main Street in Princeton. The menu items were especially good for vegetarians. Nice informal atmosphere and felt comfortable spending time talking with a friend while eating lunch. Downside is they ask for tips even though you make your orders only at the service counter and bus your own table after finishing your meal. So you shouldn't be asked to tip so much percentage wise upfront because you pay in advance while ordering which is unfortunately typical these days. On a cold, winter day walked in to a warm, rustic, incredibly comfortable place for some coffee. At least it looked like a coffee spot, but was so much more. Crepes! Lots of them! Filled with everything from peanut butter and jelly to smoked vegetables and hummus. Oh, did I mention a crepes cake made out of at least 20-30 crepe layers stacked up a few inches high and drizzled with nutty flavored chocolate and chocolate chips? You order at the counter and a few minutes later they bring your meal. You are thanked for cleaning up after yourself; think coffee house, not restaurant. And now you are ready to dig in! You close your eyes, take that bite and expect the world... Yet, you only get a local township in a so, so neighborhood. Very unfortunately the setup, from the ambiance to the menu, is so much better than the taste. Not to say the crepes aren't good, they are fine, but they should be better. The seasoning is not great, the crepe is cold, the crepe cake was out of a fridge and had virtually no sweetness to it. Too plain, which was disappointing. Does this mean it'll be the last time I visit here. Heck no! I will try other items on the menu. At the very least I'll enjoy the ambiance. read more

I had a "nut-cho-tella" crepe and added strawberries and banana and it was the worst crepe i've ever eaten. came here with 6 others who unfortunately all thought the same thing. the crepe was over $11 in total and was nearly empty. opened up the crepe to find a smear of chocolate and what looked like 1/8th of a banana and 1/3 of a single strawberry. Paying extra for the fruit was not worth but the crepe alone was not good as well. and the strawberry also tasted very bitter or like it had gone bad. Flavor of all was really nice. Spicy chicken was about a 3/5 spicy for me, cheese was nice to help kill some of the spicy. Turkey club was a tad sweeter than I imagined but still nicely flavored as bacon had a great Smokey flavor. Little lite on the greens though. Came here recently for indoor seating! They take your temperature before you can sit inside and they take your information for contact tracing. You can tell they are really following COVID precautions, which is definitely nice! My bf and I are both in love with the crepe cakes here. We came here twice and got the crepe cake both times.
